【摘要】：目的探討二甲雙胍對SAMP8小鼠行為學(xué)及生存率的影響。方法 40只雄性SAMP8小鼠分為二甲雙胍低、中、高劑量實驗組及空白對照組,實驗組每日按小鼠體重灌胃不同濃度的二甲雙胍,空白對照組每日灌胃生理鹽水,觀察小鼠的行為學(xué)指標(biāo)及12月齡生存率。結(jié)果二甲雙胍低、中、高劑量實驗組小鼠行為學(xué)指標(biāo)無明顯變化;低、中、高劑量實驗組12月齡小鼠生存率均高于空白對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論二甲雙胍對改善SAMP8小鼠學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力無顯著影響,但可延長SAMP8雄性小鼠的12月齡生存率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of metformin on behavior and survival rate of SAMP8 mice. Methods 40 male SAMP8 mice were divided into low, medium and high dose metformin group and blank control group. The experimental group was given different concentrations of metformin daily according to the body weight of mice, and the blank control group was given normal saline daily. The behavioral indexes and 12-month survival rate of mice were observed. Results there was no significant change in behavioral indexes of mice in the low, middle and high dose metformin groups, and the survival rate in the low, medium and high dose groups was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Metformin has no significant effect on improving the learning and memory ability of SAMP8 mice, but it can prolong the 12 month survival rate of SAMP8 male mice.
