【摘要】：隱球菌感染每年導(dǎo)致超100萬例患者新增感染及近60萬例病死報(bào)道,嚴(yán)重威脅公眾健康。隱球菌對目前有限的抗菌藥物的耐藥性日益嚴(yán)重,新藥研究十分迫切�？闺[球菌藥物發(fā)揮藥效除需具備一般抗真菌藥物的特點(diǎn)外,還需進(jìn)入宿主細(xì)胞以及穿透血腦屏障。篩選具有全新作用機(jī)制的小分子化合物和已上市藥物"老藥新用"是目前抗隱球菌藥物研發(fā)的兩種主要策略。本文綜述了據(jù)此獲得的抗隱球菌先導(dǎo)化合物或藥物的抗菌活性、作用機(jī)制和臨床研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Cryptococcus neoformans causes more than 1 million new infections and nearly 600 thousand cases of death reports, which seriously threaten public health. Cryptococcus neoformans is increasingly resistant to the present limited antimicrobial drugs, and the research of new drugs is urgent. The screening of small molecular compounds with a new mechanism of action and the "new use of old drugs" are two major strategies for the research and development of anti cryptococcal drugs. This article reviews the antibacterial activities of the anticoccal precursor compounds or drugs obtained by this article, and advances the mechanism and clinical research.
