【摘要】：目的:為腫瘤患者止吐藥的合理使用提供參考。方法:分別按年度、醫(yī)院類(lèi)型對(duì)2012-2014年"醫(yī)院處方分析"項(xiàng)目87家參與單位的門(mén)診、住院腫瘤患者止吐藥使用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:2012-2014年87家醫(yī)院共使用止吐藥14種,在門(mén)診腫瘤患者中的銷(xiāo)售金額、使用人次分別為576.3萬(wàn)元、3.4萬(wàn)人次[平均2.2萬(wàn)元/(年·家)、133.1人次/(年·家)],住院腫瘤患者為6 171.1萬(wàn)元、51.5萬(wàn)人次[平均25.6萬(wàn)元/(年·家)、2 137.9人次/(年·家)],門(mén)診數(shù)據(jù)小于住院數(shù)據(jù)。各年度止吐藥在門(mén)診、住院腫瘤患者所用藥物中的銷(xiāo)售金額占比為5.2‰~34.0‰,使用人次占比為2.9%~10.9%,整體使用住院患者大于門(mén)診患者、專(zhuān)科醫(yī)院大于綜合醫(yī)院;使用較多的藥物為昂丹司瓊、托烷司瓊、甲氧氯普胺和帕洛諾司瓊。結(jié)論:止吐藥在腫瘤患者中應(yīng)用較多,尤以5-羥色胺(5-HT3)受體拮抗藥、甲氧氯普胺多用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of antiemetic drugs in cancer patients. Methods: the clinical data of 87 participating units of Hospital prescription Analysis Project from 2012 to 2014 were statistically analyzed according to the types of hospitals. Results there were 14 kinds of antiemetic drugs used in 87 hospitals from 2012 to 2014, and the amount of money sold in outpatient patients with cancer. The number of users was 5.763 million yuan, 34000 times [average 22000 yuan / r (annual home 133.1 person-time / year home)], 61.711 million yuan for hospitalized cancer patients, 515000 times [256000 yuan / (2,137.9 / year home)] respectively. The outpatient data were less than the in-patient data. In each year, the proportion of sales amount of drugs used in cancer patients was 5.2 鈥，
