【摘要】：對(duì)我國(guó)2010年修訂的《藥品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范》(Good Manufacturing Practices of Drugs,GMP)與國(guó)外典型GMP在具體條款和實(shí)施過程中存在的差異進(jìn)行深入剖析,為我國(guó)制藥企業(yè)的國(guó)際化發(fā)展提供參考。結(jié)合世界衛(wèi)生組織(World Health Organization,WHO)、國(guó)際藥品認(rèn)證合作組織(Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention and Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme,PIC/S)的GMP規(guī)范,將歐盟、美國(guó)、日本GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與我國(guó)2010年GMP重點(diǎn)修訂內(nèi)容進(jìn)行對(duì)比。通過對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn),我國(guó)GMP中質(zhì)量受權(quán)人制度有待完善,無菌藥品生產(chǎn)要求細(xì)微方面稍低于歐盟GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢驗(yàn)還需重視超常檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果(Out of Trend,OOT)的調(diào)查,參數(shù)放行理念亟待推廣。
[Abstract]:The differences between the Good Manufacturing Practices of Drugs (GMP) and the typical foreign GMP in the specific terms and the implementation process of China in 2010 are deeply analyzed in order to provide reference for the international development of China's pharmaceutical enterprises. The international WHO (World Health Organization, WHO), international The drug certification Cooperation Organization (Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention and Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme, PIC/S) is the GMP specification of the EU, the United States, Japan GMP standards and the revised contents of our country's GMP in 2010. For the minor aspect is slightly lower than the EU GMP standard, laboratory tests should also attach importance to the investigation of Out of Trend (OOT), and the concept of parameter release should be promoted.
