【摘要】：目的:探究全自動單劑量藥品分包機庫存管理賬物不符的原因與解決措施。方法:收集我院2014年2-6月(管理前)分包機使用過程中出現的庫存管理賬物不符的信息,分析原因,提出解決措施并實施;再通過收集2014年7-11月(管理后)的賬物不符的信息評價管理效果。結果與結論:針對各環(huán)節(jié)如剝藥、加藥、信息錄入等過程引起的賬物不符的相關因素,從藥品、機器和人員等方面加強管理,如限制拆零藥品品規(guī)、修改機器參數設置、加強對機器操作人員的培訓和考核等,結果分包機賬物不符率由管理前的3.34%下降至管理后的0.79%。相關制度的完善與有效措施的實施可明顯減少分包機的賬物不符率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the causes and solutions of inventory management discrepancies of automatic single-dose drug subcontract machine.Methods: collect the information of inventory management account mismatch during the use of subcontract machine in our hospital from February to June 2014 (before management), analyze the reasons, put forward the solving measures and carry out;The management effect is evaluated by collecting the information of July-November 2014 (after management).Results & conclusion: in view of the related factors caused by the discrepancy in the accounts caused by the process of stripping, adding and inputting information, we should strengthen the management of drugs, machines and personnel, such as restricting the removal of zero drug products, modifying the setting of machine parameters, etc.The results showed that the mismatch rate of the subcontract machine account decreased from 3.34% before management to 0.79% after management.The improvement of relevant system and the implementation of effective measures can obviously reduce the mismatch rate of subcontracting machine.
