    前言：生藥學(xué)為一門傳統(tǒng)而又充滿生機的學(xué)科,本文圍繞著生藥學(xué)科的三大研究方向“中藥資源及可持續(xù)利用”、“中藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及其作用機理”、“中藥品質(zhì)評價及質(zhì)量控制”,結(jié)合科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢,對當前生藥學(xué)科的主要研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和研究思路進行了闡述,特別在植物次生代謝產(chǎn)物的生源途徑及其調(diào)控研究,中藥物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)的快速、高效研究方法,中藥復(fù)雜體系的體內(nèi)藥物學(xué)研究,中藥復(fù)雜體系多組分、多靶點的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)及其作用機理研究,中藥化學(xué)成分的定性、定量分析研究等方面提出一些新的研究思路和方法,為現(xiàn)代生藥學(xué)研究提供有益的參考。
