【摘要】：目的觀察益氣活血法干預(yù)下肢動(dòng)脈硬化閉塞癥重癥缺血患者介入術(shù)后的臨床療效。方法將43例重癥下肢動(dòng)脈缺血患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組行常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療,治療組在常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用益氣活血方藥。療程均為6個(gè)月。對(duì)比兩組患者術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月踝肱指數(shù)(ABI)、臨床癥狀及術(shù)后血管通暢率。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,治療組術(shù)后1、3、6個(gè)月ABI值明顯增高(P0.05),治療組術(shù)后3、6個(gè)月間隙性跛行、靜息痛發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);術(shù)后3、6個(gè)月血管通暢率治療組高于對(duì)照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論益氣活血法能提高重癥缺血患者術(shù)后的臨床療效,改善患者預(yù)后,在減少術(shù)后血管再狹窄程度方面具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue method on severe ischemic patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity after interventional operation. Methods 43 patients with severe arterial ischemia of lower extremity were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with the prescription of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation on the basis of routine western medicine. The course of treatment was 6 months. The clinical symptoms of malleolus brachial index (ABI),) and the patency rate were compared between the two groups at 1 and 6 months postoperatively. Results compared with the control group, the ABI value in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05), the incidence of intermittent claudication and resting pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the patency rate of blood vessels in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 3,6 months after operation. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation can improve the clinical effect and improve the prognosis of severe ischemic patients after operation. It has some advantages in reducing the degree of restenosis of blood vessels after operation.
