【摘要】：正臨床上常見(jiàn)到淺前房的患者,尤其是有臨床意義的解剖窄前房角(anatomic narrow angle,ANA),即超聲生物顯微鏡(ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM)檢查顯示當(dāng)患者虹膜平面與前房角前壁之間夾角20°,前房角異常狹窄,其周邊部虹膜未接觸到后部色素小梁網(wǎng),虹膜根部膨隆。單純Nd∶YAG激光周邊虹膜切除術(shù)治療閉角型青光眼(臨床前期)的安全性和有效性臨床報(bào)道甚
[Abstract]:Patients with shallow anterior chamber were often seen in clinic, especially in the clinical anatomic narrow anterior chamber angle (anatomic narrow angle,ANA). Ultrasound biomicroscopy (ultrasound biomicroscopy,UBM) showed that the angle between the iris plane and the anterior wall of the anterior chamber angle was 20 擄. The anterior chamber angle was extremely narrow and the iris around the anterior chamber was not in contact with the posterior pigmented trabecular meshwork and the iris root distended.
