【摘要】：目的:探索研究運(yùn)用生肌散外敷促進(jìn)乳腺膿腫切開引流術(shù)后切口愈合的臨床觀察。材料與方法:將52例隨機(jī)入選的乳腺膿腫切開引流術(shù)后且符合陰證瘡瘍的門診及住院患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,即對(duì)照組和治療組各26例,治療組采用生肌散粉,碘伏常規(guī)消毒后外敷于切口瘡面,平鋪厚約3mm,敷料外敷,以乳罩固定之,每天換藥一次,連續(xù)治療2周為一個(gè)療程。觀測指標(biāo)為臨床癥狀、切口的愈合情況及其不良反應(yīng),治療一個(gè)療程后判斷療效;對(duì)照組使用康復(fù)新液,每次使用約10ml,每天使用一次,碘伏常規(guī)消毒切口后,外敷切口。治療組及對(duì)照組治療的療程均為2周,2周后觀察兩組的治療效果及創(chuàng)面的愈合時(shí)間等相關(guān)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:治療組采用生肌散粉促進(jìn)乳腺膿腫切開引流術(shù)后切口的愈合,患者年齡18-40歲,平均(28.50±5.99)歲,愈合時(shí)間7-26天,平均(11.12±4.51)天。對(duì)照組采用康復(fù)新液治療乳腺膿腫切開引流術(shù)后切口不愈合,患者年齡19-39歲,平均(27.77±5.16)歲,愈合時(shí)間11-35天,平均(16.85±6.47)天。兩組患者的年齡、入組時(shí)瘡面直徑等指標(biāo)均P0.05,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,提示兩組具有可比性,將治療組與對(duì)照組的平均愈合時(shí)間相比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.0010.05)。結(jié)論:生肌散較康復(fù)新液在乳腺膿腫切開引流術(shù)后臨床愈合方面療效確切,病程恢復(fù)時(shí)間短,無副作用,臨床值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical observation of promoting incision healing after incision and drainage of breast abscess by external application of Shengji Powder. Materials and methods: 52 outpatients and inpatients who were randomly selected after incision and drainage of breast abscess were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n = 26) and treatment group (n = 26). The treatment group was treated with muscle powder. After routine disinfection, iodophor was applied to the sore surface of incision, the thickness of tiling was about 3mm, the dressing was fixed with bra, changed dressing once a day, and was treated continuously for 2 weeks as a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, wound healing and adverse reactions were observed, and the curative effect was judged after a course of treatment, while in the control group, about 10 ml was used at a time, once a day, and the incision was applied after routine disinfection incision with iodophor. The course of treatment in the treatment group and the control group was 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the therapeutic effect and wound healing time of the two groups were observed. Results: in the treatment group, Shengji powder was used to promote the wound healing after incision and drainage of breast abscess.
