【摘要】：目前認(rèn)為膽色素結(jié)石的成因與膽汁淤積,加上膽道細(xì)菌產(chǎn)生的外源性β-葡萄糖苷酶分解膽汁中的結(jié)合膽紅素等諸多因素有關(guān),而且許多研究都認(rèn)為膽道細(xì)菌的來源與Oddi括約肌松弛導(dǎo)致腸膽反流有著密切的關(guān)系。筆者總結(jié)目前研究現(xiàn)狀并結(jié)合自己的相關(guān)研究與思考,探討腸膽反流與膽管色素結(jié)石形成的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:At present, it is considered that the cause of cholelithiasis is related to cholestasis, coupled with many factors such as the decomposition of conjugated bilirubin in bile by exogenous 尾-glucosidase produced by bile tract bacteria. And many studies have concluded that the source of bacteria in the bile duct is closely related to the relaxation of Oddi sphincter leading to enterobiliary reflux. The author summarizes the present research situation and discusses the relationship between enterobiliary reflux and the formation of bile duct pigment stones.
