脫細(xì)胞膀胱基質(zhì)補(bǔ)片的生物相容性研究

【摘要】:目的評(píng)價(jià)脫細(xì)胞膀胱基質(zhì)作為盆底修復(fù)替代材料的生物相容性。方法通過細(xì)胞毒性試驗(yàn)、溶血試驗(yàn)、陰道埋植試驗(yàn)等體內(nèi)外生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法評(píng)價(jià)該材料的生物相容性。結(jié)果在細(xì)胞毒性試驗(yàn)中,材料毒性級(jí)別0~1級(jí)。材料浸提液的溶血率為1.5%。大體和組織學(xué)觀察示材料未引起宿主免疫排斥反應(yīng),植入后引起輕度的異物反應(yīng),移植12周后基本降解。結(jié)論該材料具有良好的生物相容性,但需調(diào)整其降解率,以適應(yīng)盆底修復(fù)手術(shù)要求。
