文章摘要：實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍是高校人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的重要組成部分,實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)水平的高低直接關(guān)系到高素質(zhì)、現(xiàn)代化人才的培養(yǎng)成功與否,關(guān)系到大學(xué)生動手能力、解決問題能力、創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng) 針對目前醫(yī)學(xué)院校實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,上升空間不大,思想不穩(wěn)定,高素質(zhì)人才進(jìn)不來,造成實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量不高,驗(yàn)證性實(shí)驗(yàn)較多,創(chuàng)新型、探究型實(shí)驗(yàn)偏少,無法滿足醫(yī)學(xué)院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的需要.為此,學(xué)校進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),合理設(shè)置崗位、優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),完善職務(wù)晉升考核、提高實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)人員待遇,強(qiáng)化激勵與淘汰機(jī)制,建成一支與教師隊(duì)伍、管理隊(duì)伍相匹配的穩(wěn)定、高效、團(tuán)結(jié)、創(chuàng)新的實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)人員隊(duì)伍,共同推動高水平醫(yī)科大學(xué)的建設(shè).

Abstr：At present,the structure of research fellow team is irrational,and lacks of promotion opportunities and stability.Challenges of employing high-quality research fellows cause the poor quality of experimental teaching in which the majority of experiments are validation the existing conclusions and few are innovative and exploratory.The fact does not meet the sustainable development of medical colleges.To solve these problems,Nanjing Medical University emphasizes the construction of research fellow team,sets up reasonable positions,optimizes the structure of research fellow team,improves the promotion and evaluation,improves the benefits of laboratory technician,strengthens its incentive and elimination mechanism,and enhances the happiness and satisfaction of research fellow team.These measures strives to build a stable,efficient,unites and innovates team.Research fellow team is an important component of faculty and staff in medical colleges.The quality of experimental teaching is directly related to the success of the training of well-qualified and modern talents,and is related to the training of operational,problem solving,innovative abilities of medical students.
