【摘要】：目的分析合肥市某區(qū)2005～2009年法定報(bào)告?zhèn)魅静×餍刑卣骷捌渥兓厔?shì),為控制傳染病的發(fā)生與流行提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法采用描述流行病學(xué)方法,對(duì)2005～2009年合肥市新站區(qū)傳染病疫情資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果本區(qū)共報(bào)告乙、丙類傳染病31種3468例,年平均發(fā)病率755.06 /10萬(wàn);死亡1例,年均死亡率為0.22/10萬(wàn)。發(fā)病率總體呈上升趨勢(shì),主要傳染病為感染性腹瀉、結(jié)核病、菌痢、病毒性肝炎,近兩年手足口病、流行性腮腺炎發(fā)病上升。 結(jié)論傳染病疫情不容忽視,防控重點(diǎn)人群為兒童、學(xué)生、農(nóng)民,傳染病防治仍是今后疾病控制工作重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics and changing trend of legally reported infectious diseases in a district of Hefei from 2005 to 2009, and to provide scientific basis for controlling the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases. Methods the epidemic data of infectious diseases in Xinzhan District of Hefei City in 2005 and 2009 were statistically analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method. Results A total of 3468 cases of class B and C infectious diseases were reported in this area, with an average annual incidence of 755.06 / 100000 and an average annual mortality rate of 0.22 / 100000. The incidence of infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, bacillary dysentery, viral hepatitis, hand, foot and mouth disease, mumps increased in recent two years. Conclusion the epidemic situation of infectious diseases can not be ignored, and the key groups of prevention and control are children, students, farmers and infectious diseases prevention and control are still the focus of disease control in the future.
