【摘要】：目的通過現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療工作的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)小兒內(nèi)科感染問題是影響我國幼兒正常成長的一個主要因素。在幼兒時期,在進行內(nèi)科治療時一旦產(chǎn)生感染,將會為后續(xù)的生活帶來不可估量的影響,本次研究工作主要目的就是對小兒內(nèi)科患兒醫(yī)院感染相關(guān)危險因素進行探索,為后續(xù)的治療工作提供依據(jù)。方法回顧在前些年(從2012年到2007年)入住我院進行小兒內(nèi)科病癥治療的患者,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計一共有1265個病例,研究人員應首先向院方提出申請查閱這些病歷資料,在探究工作開始之初可以使用單因素分析的方法進行探究,在工作陸續(xù)展開之后,就可以逐漸推行多因素分析的方法,對這些病例進行回顧分析,相關(guān)的病例數(shù)據(jù)可以使用SPSS 17.0軟件進行具體的分析。結(jié)果研究人員通過對這些病例進行具體的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)一千多個病例中,總共出現(xiàn)了500多例產(chǎn)生了醫(yī)院感染,發(fā)病率高達50%以上。單因素分析方法結(jié)果顯示,小兒內(nèi)科患兒產(chǎn)生醫(yī)院感染的幾率與入住天數(shù)又稱直接的關(guān)系(正比),相關(guān)意外因素有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論根據(jù)對患者實際病情相關(guān)的記錄數(shù)據(jù)分析,表明小兒內(nèi)科患兒醫(yī)院感染危險因素包括入院的天數(shù),以及其他的病毒感染因素等等。相關(guān)的工作人員應該針對這些容易發(fā)生危險的方面,著手進行實際的醫(yī)療工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to find out that the problem of infantile internal medicine infection is one of the main factors affecting the normal growth of children in China through the research of modern medical work. In early childhood, once infection occurs in the course of medical treatment, it will bring incalculable impact to the subsequent life. The main purpose of this study is to explore the risk factors related to nosocomial infection in children with pediatric internal medicine. To provide the basis for the follow-up treatment. Methods A total of 1265 patients admitted to our hospital for treatment of pediatric medical disorders in previous years (from 2012 to 2007) were reviewed. The researchers should first apply to the hospital to consult these medical records. At the beginning of the inquiry work, we can use the method of single factor analysis to explore. After the work has been carried out, we can gradually carry out the method of multivariate analysis to review and analyze these cases. Relevant case data can be analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software. Results through the concrete analysis of these cases, the researchers found that more than 500 cases had nosocomial infection, and the incidence rate was over 50%. The results of univariate analysis showed that the probability of nosocomial infection in pediatric internal medicine was directly related to the number of days in hospital (P 0.05) and the related accident factors were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion based on the data analysis of patients' actual condition, the risk factors of nosocomial infection in pediatric internal medicine patients include the days of hospitalization and other viral infection factors. The staff concerned should begin practical medical work on these vulnerable areas.
