多耐藥銅綠假單胞菌對消毒劑抗性檢測與抗性誘導(dǎo)的試驗研究
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the change of bacterial resistance to disinfectants, one of the potential factors of frequent nosocomial infection, and to standardize the test process of the methods for detecting the resistance of disinfectants. To find out the suitable long-term monitoring method for the resistance of disinfectant: to detect the resistance of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa by perfect test method; The resistance of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa to disinfectant was observed by resistance induction. [methods] the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of peracetic acid, glutaraldehyde (Glutaraldehyde) 84 disinfectant, iodophor and neugeramine against multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined by nutrient broth dilution method. The minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined by MIC plus neutralization method, and the resistance induction test of glutaraldehyde, iodophor and neugericides was carried out by increasing concentration induction method. [results] among 23 strains of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, glutaraldehyde (1 strain) and ninjelme (7 strains) were found to be more resistant than standard strains (MIC). The resistance of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa to different disinfectants was different. No strains were found that could not be killed at the concentration of conventional disinfectants. The resistance to glutaraldehyde, iodophor and nebulidene were all increased. [conclusion] the resistance of multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa to common disinfectants is higher than that of standard strains, and the nosocomial infection caused by it is serious, which should be paid more attention to. The five commonly used disinfectants selected in the study could kill the tested strains at the recommended concentration, indicating that the correct use of disinfectants could prevent nosocomial infection. Long exposure to sublethal dose of disinfectant could induce the resistance of the disinfectant to the disinfectant. It suggested that sufficient amount of disinfectant should be paid attention to in the daily disinfection work, and the concentration of disinfectant should not be reduced at will for a long time.
