【摘要】：目的：截至2005年底，全世界新增艾滋病病毒感染者500萬(超過一半人年齡在15-24歲)，新增的感染者比2003年度增加了6.5％，艾滋病病毒感染者總?cè)藬?shù)已達4030萬。就整個亞洲而言，2005年度艾滋病病毒感染者總數(shù)為830萬，其中新增感染者110萬，大約每5個艾滋病病毒感染者中就有一例發(fā)生在亞洲地區(qū)。中國到2005年底，，累計報告艾滋病病毒感染者144089例，艾滋病病人32886例；死亡報告8404例。2005年最新評估顯示中國現(xiàn)有艾滋病病毒感染者和病人約65萬人，其中艾滋病病人約7.5萬人。2005年新發(fā)生的艾滋病病毒感染約7萬人(6～8萬人)，因艾滋病死亡約2.5萬人(2～3萬人)。艾滋病自愿咨詢檢測(HIV Voluntary Counseling Testing，簡稱VCT)是指人們咨詢后，在充分知情和完全保密的情況下，對是否作HIV檢測自愿做出選擇的過程。作為艾滋病預(yù)防與關(guān)懷的一項重要措施，VCT服務(wù)能使更多的感染者了解自己的感染狀態(tài)，從而促進其危險行為的改變，減少HIV傳播，并且在早期得到關(guān)愛以及HIV相關(guān)疾病的治療，是人們接受艾滋病預(yù)防、治療、心理社會支持和關(guān)懷工作的切入點和結(jié)合點。河北省從2004年初開始在首批全國艾滋病防治綜合示范區(qū)開展了VCT服務(wù)，并隨著國家政策的推進逐步在全省范圍內(nèi)建設(shè)VCT服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系。從2004年底開始執(zhí)行第三輪全球基金艾滋病
[Abstract]:Objective: by the end of 2005, more than half of the world's new HIV infections were between 15 and 24 years old, with an increase of 6.5 percent over 2003, bringing the total number of people infected with HIV to 40.3 million. In Asia as a whole, the total number of HIV infections in 2005 was 8.3 million, with 1.1 million new infections, about one in five HIV infections occurring in the Asian region. By the end of 2005, China had reported a total of 144089 HIV infections and 32886 AIDS patients, and 8404 deaths. The latest assessment in 2005 shows that there are about 650000 HIV infected people and patients in China. Among them, about 75000 AIDS patients. In 2005, the new HIV infection was about 70,000 to 80,000 people, and about 25000 people died as a result of AIDS. HIV Voluntary Counseling testing (VCTing) refers to the process of voluntary HIV testing after consultation, with full knowledge and confidentiality. As an important measure of AIDS prevention and care, VCT services can enable more people to understand their infection status, thereby promoting their risk behavior changes, reducing HIV transmission, and receiving early care and treatment for HIV-related diseases.
