【摘要】：目的調(diào)查口腔科綜合治療臺(tái)漱口水污染情況并探討對(duì)策。方法對(duì)口腔科綜合治療臺(tái)漱口水在停用至少12 h后連續(xù)放水,在第0、5、10、15、20 min進(jìn)行采樣監(jiān)測(cè)。結(jié)果對(duì)13臺(tái)口腔科綜合治療臺(tái)共采65份水標(biāo)本,合格率為72.31%,第0、5、10、15、20 min采樣水樣合格率分別為15.38%、61.54%、84.62%、100%和100%。結(jié)論口腔綜合治療臺(tái)漱口水存在微生物超標(biāo)情況,在連續(xù)放水后微生物污染逐漸下降。在停用較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間后重新啟用口腔科綜合治療臺(tái)時(shí),各出水口連續(xù)放水15~20 min可作為口腔診療的常規(guī)操作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contamination of mouthwash in the comprehensive treatment table of stomatology department and to explore the countermeasures. Methods the mouthwash of the comprehensive therapy table in the department of stomatology was continuously drained after stopping for at least 12 hours, and the samples were collected and monitored at 0 ~ (5) ~ 5 ~ (10) ~ (10) ~ (15) ~ (20) min. Results A total of 65 water samples were collected from 13 stomatological comprehensive treatment sets, the qualified rate was 72.31. The qualified rate of the water samples collected from the 0 ~ (5) ~ (5) ~ 10 ~ (10) ~ (15) ~ (20) min was 15.38%, and the qualified rate was 15.38% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion the microorganism in oral gargle is beyond the standard, and the microbial contamination decreases gradually after continuous discharge. When the comprehensive therapy platform of stomatology was reactivated after a long period of discontinuation, 1520 min of continuous discharge of water from each outlet could be used as a routine procedure for oral diagnosis and treatment.
