【摘要】：目的了解湖北省宜昌市夷陵區(qū)農村居民早期復極綜合征的流行現(xiàn)狀、可能危險因素等，為我國其他地區(qū)早期復極綜合征的流行病學調查，，以及早期復極綜合征對居民生存率、心血管病死亡率的影響提供基線資料和參考。 方法本研究于2010年9月至2011年3月，采取分層整群抽樣的方式，對夷陵區(qū)共3393名農村居民進行了問卷調查和體檢。問卷調查收集了被調查者的一般人口學變量、生活習慣、既往疾病史、家族史等。體格檢查包括身高、體重、腰圍、臀圍、血壓等指標，以及心電圖檢查。運用χ2檢驗比較不同特征人群的各指標；Logistic回歸分析探索早期復極綜合征的可能危險因素。 結果（1）早期復極綜合征的患病率：在3393名調查對象中，早期復極綜合征患病率是10.17%，標化患病率為8.72%。其中，男性患病率為12.94%，標化患病率為8.79%；女性為8.19%，標化患病率為7.91%。25~、30~、35~、40~、45~、50~、55~、60~、≥65歲年齡組居民患病率分別為13.64%、5.66%、8.24%、11.11%、10.86%、11.11%、9.43%、11.19%、8.95%。（2）早期復極綜合征的可能危險因素：經(jīng)過Logistic回歸分析，結果顯示男性（OR=1.529,95%CI:1.206~1.939）、本地居民（OR=1.669,95%CI:1.138~2.447）、未婚（OR=2.869,95%CI:1.201~6.849）為早期復極綜合征患病的可能危險因素。每周鍛煉3-4天（OR=3.428,95%CI:1.917~6.132）、鍛煉1-2天（OR=3.372,95%CI:1.297~8.768）、基本不鍛煉（OR=3.984,95%CI:2.538~6.254）相對于每天都鍛煉為危險因素，每周5-7天食甜食（OR=3.223,95%CI:1.236~8.402）相對于基本不食甜食為可能危險因素。 結論夷陵區(qū)農村居民早期復極綜合征的患病率為10.17%，標化患病率為8.72%。性別、本地居民、未婚、一周內體育鍛煉的頻率、每周食用甜食頻率是早期復極綜合征的可能危險因素。居民應盡量避免或者減少危險因素，及時就診，降低發(fā)病率，促進健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence status and possible risk factors of early repolarization syndrome in rural residents of Yiling District, Yiling City, Hubei Province, so as to investigate the epidemiology of early repolarization syndrome in other areas of China and the survival rate of early repolarization syndrome to residents. The effects of cardiovascular disease mortality provide baseline data and reference. Methods A total of 3393 rural residents in Yiling area were investigated by stratified cluster sampling from September 2010 to March 2011. The general demographic variables and living habits of the respondents were collected by questionnaire. Medical examination includes height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, etc. 蠂 ~ 2 test was used to compare the indexes of different characteristic population and logistic regression analysis was used to explore the possible risk factors of early repolarization syndrome. Results 1) the prevalence of early repolarization syndrome: the prevalence rate of early repolarization syndrome was 10.17 in 3393 subjects, and the standardized prevalence rate was 8.72.Of them, The prevalence rate for men was 12.94, and the standardized prevalence was 8.79; for women, 8.19. The standardized prevalence was 7.91.250.30%. There was no difference between 7.91.25 and 30, and there was no difference between them.
