【摘要】：目的了解手機(jī)的污染狀況,研究實(shí)用可行的手機(jī)消毒方法。方法采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式進(jìn)行手機(jī)使用習(xí)慣的調(diào)查,參照《公共場(chǎng)所茶具微生物檢驗(yàn)方法大腸菌群測(cè)定》(GB/T 18204.3-2000)的要求進(jìn)行大腸菌群的采樣、檢測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià),依據(jù)消毒技術(shù)規(guī)范(2002)的要求利用酒精擦拭法和紫外線照射法進(jìn)行消毒效果的檢測(cè)和評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,50份問(wèn)卷調(diào)查顯示每人每天手機(jī)的使用次數(shù)超過(guò)20次的人數(shù)占58%,手機(jī)使用前后洗手的人數(shù)只占6%,定期對(duì)手機(jī)進(jìn)行清洗消毒的人數(shù)只占到2%;污染狀況的調(diào)查顯示大腸菌群的污染率為46%;75%的酒精棉球在對(duì)染有金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌的手機(jī)表面擦拭消毒后,試驗(yàn)的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值為5.41和5.54(≥3.00),消毒合格,試驗(yàn)重復(fù)3次;紫外線手機(jī)消毒器,在對(duì)染有金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌的手機(jī)表面作用12 min后,試驗(yàn)的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值為3.08和3.10(≥3.00),消毒合格,試驗(yàn)重復(fù)3次。結(jié)論手機(jī)的衛(wèi)生狀況不容忽視,人們對(duì)手機(jī)的定期清潔和消毒意識(shí)薄弱,要養(yǎng)成良好的手機(jī)使用習(xí)慣,如經(jīng)常洗手和定期清潔和消毒手機(jī),避免疾病的發(fā)生和流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of mobile phone pollution and to study the practical and feasible methods of mobile phone disinfection.
