【摘要】：精神疾病作為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的疑難雜癥之一,其發(fā)病原因、治療與預(yù)后這一系列過(guò)程都處于慢慢的摸索中�？偟膩�(lái)說(shuō),精神疾病是個(gè)體易感素質(zhì)和心理社會(huì)因素共同作用的結(jié)果。如何改善精神疾病患者的個(gè)性特征,改變患者消極的認(rèn)知行為模式,提高個(gè)體對(duì)于應(yīng)激事件的承受和處理能力(比如各種社會(huì)比較及其帶來(lái)的消極影響),進(jìn)而預(yù)防精神疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展,是當(dāng)代臨床心理學(xué)上的一個(gè)重大問(wèn)題。 場(chǎng)依存—場(chǎng)獨(dú)立不僅是一種認(rèn)知風(fēng)格,同時(shí)也屬于一種人格特點(diǎn)。而社會(huì)比較不僅是導(dǎo)致認(rèn)知偏差的原因之一,也是形成自我評(píng)價(jià)的重要影響因素,更是我們每個(gè)人都一定會(huì)面對(duì)和必須處理的問(wèn)題。所以,研究場(chǎng)依存—場(chǎng)獨(dú)立型認(rèn)知風(fēng)格與社會(huì)比較的關(guān)系,不僅有一定的理論價(jià)值,也有一定的實(shí)踐意義。而以精神疾病患者作為研究對(duì)象,則可能對(duì)我們的臨床事業(yè)有所裨益。 本研究選取湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市精神病院和湖南省第二人民醫(yī)院的48名精神疾病患者為主要研究對(duì)象,選取32名正常人作為對(duì)照組。經(jīng)調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn)： (1)精神疾病患者在焦慮水平與社會(huì)比較結(jié)果上與正常人差異顯著,在社會(huì)比較方向和社會(huì)比較內(nèi)容上差異不顯著。 (2)精神疾病患者的焦慮水平與認(rèn)知風(fēng)格不存在相關(guān)；認(rèn)知風(fēng)格與社會(huì)比較傾向存在顯著相關(guān),與社會(huì)比較方向、社會(huì)比較內(nèi)容相關(guān)不顯著,與社會(huì)比較結(jié)果相關(guān)顯著。
[Abstract]:As one of the difficult and complicated diseases in today's society, the causes, treatment and prognosis of mental illness are all slowly groping. Mental illness is the result of the joint action of individual susceptible quality and psycho-social factors. How to improve the personality characteristics of patients with mental illness and change their negative cognitive behavior patterns, It is an important problem in contemporary clinical psychology to improve the individual's ability to bear and deal with stress events (such as various social comparisons and their negative effects) to prevent the occurrence and development of mental illness. Field dependence-field independence is not only a cognitive style, but also a personality characteristic. Social comparison is not only one of the causes of cognitive bias, but also an important influence factor of self-evaluation. Therefore, the study of the relationship between field-dependent, field-independent cognitive style and social comparison not only has certain theoretical value. It also has some practical significance, and taking the patients with mental illness as the research object may be of benefit to our clinical cause. In this study, 48 patients with mental illness in Changsha Hospital of Hunan Province and the second people's Hospital of Hunan Province were selected as the main research objects, and 32 normal persons as the control group. 1) there were significant differences in anxiety level and social comparison between patients with mental illness and normal people, but there was no significant difference in social comparison direction and social comparison content. (2) there was no correlation between anxiety level and cognitive style, but there was significant correlation between cognitive style and social comparison tendency, social comparison direction, social comparison content, and social comparison result.
