【摘要】：目的了解中國五個縣擴大免疫規(guī)劃實施前后兒童風疹抗體水平變化,為完善中國風疹疫苗免疫策略提供依據(jù)。方法在中國5個縣抽取2001年、2005年和2009年出生的健康常住兒童進行風疹血清流行病學調查,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗檢測風疹IgG抗體,分析抗體陽性率、幾何平均濃度(GMC)及其影響因素。結果共調查452名兒童,2001年、2005年和2009年出生兒童的風疹IgG抗體陽性率分別為94.56%、93.42%、94.12%(χ~2=0.18,P=0.916),GMC分別為135.02IU/ml、116.32IU/ml、139.92IU/ml(F=2.34,P=0.097)。兒童風疹抗體陽性率和抗體GMC隨含風疹成分疫苗(RCV)接種劑次數(shù)而顯著升高。隨著采血時間與RCV接種時間間隔的增大,風疹抗體陽性率無顯著下降,而GMC有顯著下降,但大于20IU/ml。結論中國五個縣擴大免疫規(guī)劃實施前后兒童風疹抗體水平無顯著變化,接種RCV是維持兒童風疹抗體高水平的重要因素,需繼續(xù)鞏固現(xiàn)行RCV免疫策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of rubella antibody level in children before and after the implementation of expanded immunization program in five counties of China, and to provide evidence for improving the immunization strategy of rubella vaccine in China. Methods A seroepidemiological survey of rubella was carried out among healthy resident children born in 2001, 2005 and 2009 in five counties of China. Elisa was used to detect rubella IgG antibody, and the positive rate of rubella antibody was analyzed. Geometric mean concentration (GMC) and its influencing factors. Results the positive rates of rubella IgG antibody in children born in 2001, 2005 and 2009 were 94.56 and 93.42 respectively. The positive rate of rubella antibody and GMC increased significantly with the times of rubella vaccine inoculation. With the increase of the interval between blood collection time and RCV inoculation time, the positive rate of rubella antibody did not decrease significantly, but that of GMC decreased significantly, but more than 20 RCV / ml. Conclusion there is no significant change in rubella antibody level in children before and after the implementation of expanded immunization program in five counties in China. Inoculation with RCV is an important factor to maintain the high level of rubella antibody in children. It is necessary to continue to consolidate the current RCV immunization strategy.
