【摘要】：[目的]了解成都市狂犬病暴露處置門診病人狂犬病防治知識認知現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為制定針對性的健康教育策略提供依據(jù)。[方法]采用隨機抽樣的方法對成都市主城區(qū)21個狂犬病暴露門診977例病人進行狂犬病防治知識問卷調查,同時對21個門診的健康教育開展情況進行現(xiàn)場觀察。[結果]病人狂犬病相關知識總體合格率為43.2%,答對率較高的依次是狂犬病是否是傳染病(95.5%)、能否預防(89.5%)和被貓狗傷害后要打疫苗(85.3%);正確率較低的依次為嚴重傷是否要注射免疫球蛋白(40.6%)、被打過狂犬病預防針的動物咬傷后也要打狂犬病疫苗(47.5%)、傷后的首要處理措施(49.1%);影響病人狂犬病防治知識認知的因素是文化程度、暴露級別和有動物傷害史;21個犬傷門診沒有建立規(guī)范化的健康教育制度,犬傷病人主要是通過醫(yī)護人員(42.5%)、親朋好友(41.4%)、電視和廣播(35.5%)獲取狂犬病相關知識。[結論]狂犬病暴露者對狂犬病相關知識的認知有待提高,應在狂犬病暴露處置門診開展首診護士負責制下的"三環(huán)節(jié)"健康教育綜合干預,以提高病人的認知度。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the knowledge cognition and influencing factors of rabies prevention and treatment among outpatients exposed to rabies in Chengdu, and to provide the basis for formulating health education strategies. [methods] A random sampling method was used to investigate the knowledge of rabies prevention and control in 977 outpatients of 21 outpatients exposed to rabies in Chengdu. Meanwhile, the health education of 21 outpatients was observed on the spot. [results] the overall qualified rate of patients' rabies knowledge was 43.2, and the higher the correct rate was whether rabies was an infectious disease or not, whether it could prevent the injury of 89. 5% or not, and 85.3% of the patients had to be vaccinated after being injured by cats and dogs, and the lower the correct rate was whether the serious injury was serious or not. If you want to inject 40.6% of immunoglobulin, you also have to give a rabies vaccine 47.5% after being bitten by animals who have been vaccinated against rabies. The first measure of treatment after injury is 49.1%. The factor that affects the knowledge and cognition of rabies prevention and treatment is the educational level. There was no standardized health education system in 21 canine outpatient clinics, and patients with canine injuries obtained knowledge of rabies mainly through medical staff 42.5, relatives and friends 41.4, television and radio 35.5). [conclusion] the knowledge about rabies needs to be improved among the patients exposed to rabies. The comprehensive intervention of "three links" health education under the first nurse responsibility system should be carried out in the outpatient department of rabies exposure and disposal in order to improve the patients' cognition.
