“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端使用與滿足研究

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,手機(jī)新聞客戶端成為多數(shù)用戶獲取新聞的主要渠道。手機(jī)新聞客戶端為用戶提供實(shí)時(shí)性、移動(dòng)化的閱讀體驗(yàn),滿足了用戶隨時(shí)隨地瀏覽新聞的需求。然而,在新聞客戶端為用戶帶來(lái)便利閱讀方式的同時(shí),產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化問(wèn)題日益凸顯。近年來(lái),隨著新聞客戶端的更新與迭代,個(gè)性化推薦系統(tǒng)新聞客戶端的出現(xiàn)讓信息傳播進(jìn)入了個(gè)性化、精準(zhǔn)化的細(xì)分模式,機(jī)器算法成為新聞內(nèi)容分發(fā)依托的主流技術(shù)之一。這其中,“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端以其“推薦+搜索+訂閱”的方式,在眾多新聞客戶端中異軍突起,成為新型新聞客戶端的代表。本文主要采用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法相結(jié)合的方法,以“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端的用戶為調(diào)研對(duì)象,在使用與滿足理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從用戶認(rèn)知需求、情感需求、個(gè)人整合需求、社會(huì)整合需求、舒解壓力需求五個(gè)方面,對(duì)“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端用戶的媒介接觸行為動(dòng)機(jī)以及滿足情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)研分析。分析得出,個(gè)性化推薦系統(tǒng)在內(nèi)容分發(fā)上具備獨(dú)有優(yōu)勢(shì),隨著用戶使用時(shí)間的增加,“一點(diǎn)資訊”可以在一定程度上把握用戶喜好,對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行信息精準(zhǔn)推薦。同時(shí),本文也歸納出目前“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端所存在的問(wèn)題:新聞內(nèi)容質(zhì)量有待提高、交互機(jī)制缺乏創(chuàng)新、機(jī)器算法技術(shù)需要改進(jìn)等。最后,本文提出了注重內(nèi)容建設(shè),拓展交互功能,完善算法機(jī)制等解決方案,為“一點(diǎn)資訊”新聞客戶端的未來(lái)發(fā)展提供了建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile Internet, mobile news client becomes the main channel for most users to get news. Mobile news client provides users with real-time and mobile reading experience, which meets the needs of users browsing news anytime and anywhere. However, while news clients bring convenient reading methods to users, the problem of product homogenization is becoming more and more prominent. In recent years, with the update and iteration of news client, the emergence of news client in personalized recommendation system has made the information spread into personalized and precise subdivision mode. Machine algorithm has become one of the mainstream technologies for news content distribution. Among them, the "little information" news client has become the representative of the new news client because of its "recommendation, search and subscription". Based on the theory of usage and satisfaction, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview, and takes the users of "a little information" news client as the research object, from the cognitive needs, emotional needs, personal integration needs of the users, and based on the theory of usage and satisfaction, this paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey and interview method. This paper investigates and analyzes the media contact behavior motivation and satisfaction of "little information" news client users in five aspects of social integration and stress relief. The analysis shows that personalized recommendation system has unique advantages in content distribution. With the increase of users' use time, "a little information" can grasp the user's preferences to a certain extent, and make precise recommendation to users. At the same time, this paper also sums up the existing problems of "a little information" news client at present: the quality of news content needs to be improved, the mechanism of interaction is lack of innovation, and the technology of machine algorithm needs to be improved and so on. Finally, this paper puts forward some solutions, such as paying attention to content construction, expanding interactive function, perfecting algorithm mechanism, and so on, which provides some suggestions for the future development of "a little bit of information" news client.
