【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡輿論的媒介規(guī)定性,使其在輿論形態(tài)的表現(xiàn)上,多表現(xiàn)為網(wǎng)絡話語表達的集合。而網(wǎng)絡話語在話語表達和信息傳播的過程中帶有的明顯的媒介性和社會性又使其可以被看作是一種特殊的輿論形態(tài)。這種特殊的輿論形態(tài)在微觀的視角中具備一般社會輿論所具備的主要要素,同時也可在宏觀視角被看作是網(wǎng)絡輿論本體的主要表現(xiàn)方式和社會輿論與個體意見中起到新的緩沖作用的制約機制。網(wǎng)絡輿論作為特殊的輿論形態(tài),其輿論要素也表現(xiàn)出了本體、客體、影響范圍和時間的特殊性。
[Abstract]:The media regulation of network public opinion makes its expression in the form of public opinion, mostly as the collection of network discourse expression. However, the obvious media and sociality of network discourse in the process of discourse expression and information dissemination make it can be regarded as a special form of public opinion. This special form of public opinion has the main elements that the general public opinion has in the micro-angle of view. At the same time, it can also be regarded as the main expression of network public opinion Noumenon and a new buffer mechanism in social public opinion and individual opinion from a macro perspective. Network public opinion as a special form of public opinion, the elements of public opinion also show the particularity of Noumenon, object, influence range and time.
