語言與現(xiàn)實(shí)的關(guān)系問題是語言哲學(xué)研究的基本問題,指稱論所討論的正是這一基本問題的一個特例--詞語與其所指的關(guān)系問題。由于一切言語交際活動都是在語境中進(jìn)行的,因此,對于指稱的研究也同樣離不開語境。目前,國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)有許多學(xué)者對指稱論和語境理論進(jìn)行過深入的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究將側(cè)重討論第三人稱代詞的指稱問題�；趯W(xué)者們對語境的研究,本文對語境進(jìn)行了分類并闡述了語境的功能,嘗試探討第三人稱代詞在不同類型語境中指稱的確定問題。在語言語境下,可以解決第三人稱代詞的內(nèi)指問題,即回指和下指問題。回指和下指的使用有一個共同的前提:話語中必須有其先行詞。這一共同的使用前提也成為了它們的缺點(diǎn)。如果話語中沒有其先行詞,回指和下指便無法進(jìn)行。在這種情況下,我們需要找到新的研究指稱問題的視角。因此,引進(jìn)了情境語境、文化語境和認(rèn)知語境。在情境語境和文化語境下,可以解決第三人稱代詞的外指問題。情境語境構(gòu)成要素的變化會導(dǎo)致第三人稱代詞指稱的變化。在認(rèn)知語境下,可以解決第三人稱代詞的外指問題和在語言語境下無法解決的回指問題。認(rèn)知語境下第三人稱代詞的先行詞是說話人和受話人心理表征中的凸顯實(shí)體。通過從語言語境、情境語境、文...
