概念整合角度下英、漢、日委婉語(yǔ)的對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:委婉語(yǔ)作為一種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)融入了人們的生活,對(duì)于以英語(yǔ)、漢語(yǔ)或者日語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人來(lái)說(shuō),在交際中使用委婉語(yǔ)是一種自然的行為,并不會(huì)考慮這種語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象的起源和構(gòu)成。然而,對(duì)于外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)委婉語(yǔ)的起源和構(gòu)成的不了解,意味著不能使用恰當(dāng)?shù)奈裾Z(yǔ),這給語(yǔ)言學(xué)習(xí)和跨文化交際帶來(lái)了障礙。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者從修辭學(xué)、語(yǔ)義學(xué)、語(yǔ)用學(xué)、社會(huì)語(yǔ)言學(xué)和認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)等多個(gè)方面對(duì)委婉語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了研究。前人的研究為委婉語(yǔ)的進(jìn)一步研究奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ),并發(fā)展了語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論。本文嘗試以概念整合理論中的輸入空間關(guān)系和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)為框架,對(duì)英、漢、日委婉語(yǔ)進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)英、漢、日委婉語(yǔ)在構(gòu)成和使用中的認(rèn)知異同之處,以及影響這些異同產(chǎn)生的因素。概念整合理論是認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)中的一個(gè)重要理論,它對(duì)語(yǔ)言的認(rèn)知過(guò)程作了有力解釋,并為委婉語(yǔ)的構(gòu)成機(jī)制提供了支持。根據(jù)該理論,概念整合的實(shí)質(zhì)是關(guān)系整合,原因在于輸入空間的連通性是建立在關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上的,關(guān)系將空間與空間連通起來(lái)進(jìn)而形成了認(rèn)知網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時(shí),概念整合理論包含四個(gè)基本概念網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu):簡(jiǎn)單網(wǎng)絡(luò)、鏡像網(wǎng)絡(luò)、單域網(wǎng)絡(luò)和雙域網(wǎng)絡(luò)。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者已經(jīng)開(kāi)始運(yùn)用概念整合理論來(lái)解釋委婉語(yǔ)的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制,但研究主要停留在一種或兩種語(yǔ)言中,并沒(méi)有明確輸入空間之間的重要關(guān)系以及進(jìn)行三語(yǔ)的對(duì)比研究。本文以三種語(yǔ)言的四本詞典、三本書(shū)籍和相關(guān)新聞報(bào)道為依據(jù),對(duì)英語(yǔ)、漢語(yǔ)和日語(yǔ)的利他委婉語(yǔ)、泛利委婉語(yǔ)及利己委婉語(yǔ)三種委婉語(yǔ)進(jìn)行了定量收集,采用調(diào)查研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法和定性分析法對(duì)三語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)的認(rèn)知過(guò)程進(jìn)行歸納和演繹,對(duì)以下四個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究分析。(1)三種語(yǔ)言的利他委婉語(yǔ)的輸入空間關(guān)系及其概念整合過(guò)程的異同是什么?(2)三種語(yǔ)言中的泛利委婉語(yǔ)的輸入空間關(guān)系及其概念整合過(guò)程的異同是什么?(3)語(yǔ)篇中的三種委婉語(yǔ)的利己委婉語(yǔ)的輸入空間關(guān)系及其概念整合過(guò)程的異同是什么?(4)影響三種語(yǔ)言委婉語(yǔ)輸入空間關(guān)系及其概念整合過(guò)程異同的潛在原因是什么?基于上述問(wèn)題的對(duì)比研究,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),英、漢、日三語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)的認(rèn)知生成機(jī)制是基于輸入空間關(guān)系建立的。輸入空間的重要關(guān)系將婉指對(duì)象同社會(huì)文化背景相連通,構(gòu)成不同的整合網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),生成委婉語(yǔ)以及相關(guān)語(yǔ)境。因此,在不同的社會(huì)文化背景下,同一事物會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同的委婉語(yǔ)。其次,在三種語(yǔ)言中,漢語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)的整合過(guò)程最為復(fù)雜,其輸入空間內(nèi)的對(duì)應(yīng)元素較之于英語(yǔ)和日語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)要復(fù)雜得多;而英語(yǔ)同日語(yǔ)相對(duì)比,英語(yǔ)的委婉語(yǔ)的形成機(jī)制又比日語(yǔ)更為復(fù)雜一些。再次,委婉語(yǔ)在三種語(yǔ)言中的整合過(guò)程反映了英語(yǔ)和日語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)更注重構(gòu)詞和語(yǔ)法,而漢語(yǔ)委婉語(yǔ)更注重歷史文化背景。因此,對(duì)于英語(yǔ)和日語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者來(lái)說(shuō),優(yōu)先學(xué)習(xí)構(gòu)詞法和語(yǔ)法更為有利;對(duì)于漢語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者而言,中國(guó)歷史和文化的學(xué)習(xí)是至關(guān)重要的。第一章主要介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義以及文章結(jié)構(gòu)等。第二章詳細(xì)呈現(xiàn)了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于委婉語(yǔ)的研究。第三章是文章的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)概念整合理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。第四章是本文的主體分析部分,第五章是本文的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Euphemism, as a language phenomenon, has integrated into people's life. For people who are native to English, Chinese or Japanese, it is a natural act to use Euphemism in communication. It does not take into account the origin and composition of this language phenomenon. However, it is not the origin and composition of euphemism for foreign language learners. It means that the proper euphemism can not be used, which brings obstacles to language learning and intercultural communication. Scholars at home and abroad have studied euphemism from many aspects, such as rhetoric, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics and cognitive linguistics. This paper tries to make a comparative study of English, Chinese and Japanese euphemisms in the framework of the input space relationship and network structure in the conceptual integration theory, to find out the similarities and differences in the composition and use of English, Han, and Japanese euphemisms, as well as the factors that affect these differences. Conceptual integration theory is in cognitive linguistics. An important theory, which gives a powerful explanation of the cognitive process of language, and supports the formation mechanism of euphemism. According to the theory, the essence of the concept integration is the relationship integration, because the connectivity of the input space is based on the relationship, and the relationship connects space with space to form a cognitive network. At the same time, conceptual integration theory includes four basic concepts of network structure: simple network, mirror network, single domain network and double domain network. Domestic scholars have begun to use conceptual integration theory to explain the mechanism of euphemism, but the research is mainly in one or two languages, and the important relationship between the input space is not clear. On the basis of four dictionaries of three languages, three books and related news reports, this paper makes a quantitative collection of three euphemisms in English, Chinese and Japanese, including euphemism, euphemism and Euphemism in English, Chinese and Japanese, and uses investigation and research, literature research and qualitative analysis for the euphemism of three languages. The cognitive process of language is summed up and deductive, and the following four questions are studied and analyzed. (1) what are the differences and similarities and differences between the input space relations of the euphemism of three languages and the process of conceptual integration? (2) what are the differences and similarities between the input space relations and the conceptual integration process of the pan euphemism in the three languages? (3) three in the text What are the differences and similarities between the input space relations of euphemism and the process of conceptual integration of euphemism? (4) what are the potential causes of the differences and similarities between the input space relations of the euphemism and the process of conceptual integration in the three languages? Based on the comparative study of the above questions, the author finds that the cognitive formation mechanism of the euphemism in English, Han, and Japanese is the basis of the cognitive formation mechanism The important relationship between the input space and the input space is to connect the euphemism with the social and cultural background, to form a different integrated network structure, to generate euphemisms and related contexts. Therefore, in different social and cultural backgrounds, the same thing will produce different euphemisms. Secondly, in the three languages, Chinese Euphemisms The integration process is the most complex, and the corresponding elements in the input space are much more complicated than the English and Japanese euphemisms, and the formation mechanism of euphemism in English is more complex than that in Japanese. Thirdly, the integration of euphemism in the three languages reflects the more emphasis on the word formation and the euphemism in English and Japanese. Grammar, while Chinese euphemism pays more attention to historical and cultural background. Therefore, it is more favorable for learners of English and Japanese to learn word formation and grammar; for Chinese learners, the study of Chinese history and culture is very important. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, significance and structure of this article. The second chapter presents a detailed study of euphemism at home and abroad. The third chapter is the theoretical basis of the article, and gives a detailed introduction to the theory of conceptual integration. The fourth chapter is the main part of this article, and the fifth chapter is the conclusion of this article.
