【摘要】：語言的學(xué)習(xí)離不開相應(yīng)的文化學(xué)習(xí),漢語的學(xué)習(xí)同樣離不開中華文化的學(xué)習(xí),中華文化博大精深,越來越多的學(xué)者開始重視中華文化在漢語教學(xué)中的作用。中華文化種類繁多,其中美食文化是一大特色,中華美食文化源遠(yuǎn)流長,植根于日常生活,也是學(xué)習(xí)者喜聞樂見的文化內(nèi)容。本文旨在將美食文化教學(xué)融入對外漢語教學(xué),提出美食文化教學(xué)“三接受原則”,幫助教師更好地進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué),并且從教學(xué)角度出發(fā),分析了美食文化衍生出的漢語表達(dá),提出相應(yīng)的教學(xué)方法以及美食文化背景的教學(xué)。本文第四章進(jìn)行了美食文化的教學(xué)設(shè)計,分為技能課教學(xué)和文化課教學(xué),分別提出了教學(xué)方法與建議。文化教學(xué)在漢語教學(xué)中的地位不可忽視,對外漢語課堂又要基于跨文化的角度進(jìn)行,這無疑對對外漢語教師提出了更高的要求,本文從美食文化角度出發(fā),希望對未來教學(xué)有一點(diǎn)啟示和幫助。
[Abstract]:Language learning can not be separated from the corresponding cultural study, Chinese learning is also inseparable from the study of Chinese culture, Chinese culture is broad and profound, more and more scholars begin to attach importance to the role of Chinese culture in Chinese teaching. There are many kinds of Chinese culture. Chinese food culture has a long history and is rooted in daily life and is a popular cultural content for learners. The purpose of this paper is to integrate food culture teaching into teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This paper puts forward the "three acceptance principles" in the teaching of food culture, helps teachers to carry out better classroom teaching, and analyzes the Chinese expressions derived from food culture from the perspective of teaching. The fourth chapter of this paper has carried on the teaching design of the food culture, which is divided into skill course and culture course teaching, the fourth chapter of this article carries on the teaching design of the food culture, which is divided into the skill class teaching and the culture lesson teaching. The teaching methods and suggestions are put forward respectively. The status of culture teaching in Chinese teaching cannot be ignored, and the Chinese as a foreign language classroom should be carried out from the perspective of cross-culture, which undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. This article from the food culture angle, hoped to have the enlightenment and the help to the future teaching.
