【摘要】:正運用語言和文字進行公共說理,是實踐"協(xié)商民主"、構建和諧社會的必要條件,也是公民素質(zhì)教育的必要組成部分。但從我國歷史和現(xiàn)實看,公共說理的重要性、特點和素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),都未引起足夠重視,這制約了針對當下公共議題的理性討論和不同人群間的相互理解。筆者將結合自身社會觀察和教學經(jīng)驗,剖析上述問題并給
[Abstract]:The use of language and writing for public reasoning is not only a necessary condition for the practice of "consultative democracy" and the construction of a harmonious society, but also an essential part of the quality education of citizens. But from the historical and practical point of view of our country, public reasoning is of great importance. Neither the characteristics nor the quality training has attracted enough attention, which restricts the rational discussion of the current public issues and the mutual understanding among the different groups. The author will analyze the above problems and give them to the public by combining his own social observation and teaching experience.
