【摘要】:正近年來,無論是綜合大學(xué)還是專業(yè)院校,都紛紛祭起了"改革"的大旗。身處綜合大學(xué)之中的美術(shù)學(xué)院根本無法幸免,更多獨(dú)立設(shè)置的美術(shù)學(xué)院也紛紛開始跟風(fēng),制定各種改革方案。以人事改革為例,清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院和中央美院都提出了"準(zhǔn)聘制",尤以清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院所在的清華大學(xué)的人事改革為甚。簡單說,就是教師一開始只與學(xué)校簽6年的"固定期限合同",6年后看是否能夠晉升,"非升即走人"。其中尤以清華大學(xué)最為嚴(yán)厲。而且,不同于慣常的"新人新辦
