【摘要】：艾米莉·勃朗特的《呼嘯山莊》在經(jīng)歷問(wèn)世之初的冷遇之后,終于在世界文學(xué)舞臺(tái)上得以大放溢彩。許多國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者都出版了《呼嘯山莊》的漢語(yǔ)譯本,其中楊苡的譯本被稱(chēng)為接受程度最高的版本和文學(xué)翻譯史上里程碑,也引起眾多學(xué)者頗有成效的研究與解讀。但是,這些研究大多角度單一,內(nèi)容片面,不夠系統(tǒng)。為此,本文面向文學(xué)翻譯實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)狀和文學(xué)翻譯研究的問(wèn)題,擬以韓禮德的系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)、范戴克的話語(yǔ)分析框架、卡特福德的翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換理論及其他相關(guān)的理論和方法為基礎(chǔ)從語(yǔ)義內(nèi)容、語(yǔ)體形式和語(yǔ)境關(guān)系等層面對(duì)《呼嘯山莊》原著與楊苡的漢譯本予以系統(tǒng)式的話語(yǔ)比較研究。在語(yǔ)義內(nèi)容層面,本文首先從小說(shuō)原文和譯文的語(yǔ)義連貫、人物描寫(xiě)和故事情節(jié)等方面對(duì)原文與譯本進(jìn)行了宏觀語(yǔ)義比較,然后又從句子、短語(yǔ)和詞語(yǔ)意義等方面對(duì)原文與譯本進(jìn)行了微觀語(yǔ)義比較。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)兩個(gè)文本在語(yǔ)義連貫、人物描寫(xiě)和故事情節(jié)等宏觀語(yǔ)義結(jié)構(gòu)上是對(duì)等的,說(shuō)明楊苡深入小說(shuō)人物內(nèi)心,設(shè)身處地,想人物所想,使用了恰如艾米麗所呈現(xiàn)的高水平的語(yǔ)言技巧,比較完整地再現(xiàn)了人物風(fēng)格和原文的整體故事情節(jié)。(2)兩個(gè)文本在語(yǔ)句、短語(yǔ)和詞語(yǔ)等微觀語(yǔ)義結(jié)構(gòu)上稍顯不同,說(shuō)明楊苡沒(méi)有一直像艾米麗一樣遵循重邏輯理性的思維模式,而是多采用了重直覺(jué)悟性的思維模式。在語(yǔ)體形式層面,本文首先從篇章結(jié)構(gòu)、復(fù)指和替代兩種話語(yǔ)銜接手段的使用等方面對(duì)譯本與原著進(jìn)行了宏觀形式比較,然后又從句法、詞匯和修辭特點(diǎn)等方面對(duì)英漢文本進(jìn)行了微觀形式比較。研究證實(shí):(1)兩個(gè)文本在宏觀形式特征方面是相似的,說(shuō)明楊苡遵循了原著在句子層面以上的整體形式結(jié)構(gòu)模式。(2)兩個(gè)文本在句子或句子以下層面的銜接方式、暗喻、比喻和反諷等微觀形式方面部分地不同,說(shuō)明楊苡對(duì)于微觀形式特征的轉(zhuǎn)換更加靈活,往往通過(guò)不同的選詞、翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換、省譯和補(bǔ)譯等方法用意合代替形合。在語(yǔ)境關(guān)系層面,本文從整個(gè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治和社會(huì)生活背景,作者和譯者的教育和生活經(jīng)歷,以及讀者受眾等語(yǔ)境因素方面對(duì)譯本與原著進(jìn)行了比較分析。研究表明:兩個(gè)文本在語(yǔ)境因素等方面截然不同,說(shuō)明楊苡的翻譯在宏觀方面與原著相似而在微觀方面卻不盡相同,這是楊苡在忠實(shí)地譯介英國(guó)文學(xué)精華的努力與讓西方語(yǔ)言藝術(shù)適應(yīng)中國(guó)文化和讀者的意圖之間做出的一種折中。本文可望具有實(shí)踐和學(xué)術(shù)的雙重意義。在實(shí)踐上,本文的研究有助于揭示成功譯本的奧秘,推動(dòng)《呼嘯山莊》翻譯甚至各種文學(xué)文本翻譯實(shí)踐的發(fā)展。在學(xué)術(shù)上,本文的研究有助于展示初步的研究成果,拋磚引玉,促進(jìn)《呼嘯山莊》翻譯乃至各種文學(xué)文本翻譯研究的拓展和深化。
[Abstract]:Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights "after the beginning of the advent of the cold, finally put to full on the stage of world literature. Many domestic scholars have published on Chinese versions of Wuthering Heights, which Yang's version is called the highest degree of acceptance of edition and translation history milepost, also caused the research and the interpretation of the scholars have many achievements. However, most of these studies are single point of view, the content is one-sided, not systematic. Therefore, this paper for the practice of literary translation and the present situation of the study of literary translation, based on Hallidy's systemic functional linguistics, Van Dijk's discourse analysis framework, Carter Fuld translation theory and other related theories and the method is based from the semantic content, translation style and context of the relationship between the original and the" Wuthering Heights Yang Yi to be the type of discourse system and comparative research in language. The meaning of the content level, this paper from the novel semantics of the source text and the target text coherence, the characters and the story and other aspects of the original text and the translation of the macro semantic comparison, and then from the meaning of words and sentences, phrases and other aspects of the micro semantic comparison of the original text and the translation. The results show that: (1) two in the text semantic coherence, character description and plot the macro semantic structure is equal, that Yang's novels deeply inside, put yourself in, want to figure to high level language skills used as presented by Emily Qiao, more complete representation of the character style and the original whole story. (2) two a text in sentences, phrases and words such as micro semantic structure is slightly different, that has been like Emily Yang Yi did not follow logical rational thinking mode, but the weight of intuitive thinking In the style of dimension mode. This paper from the level of discourse structure, aspects of complex and alternative two kinds of discourse refers to the use of cohesive devices on the translation and the original form of the macro comparison, and then from the syntactic, lexical and rhetorical features and other aspects of the micro form of English and Chinese text. The research confirmed: (1) the two text is similar in terms of macro formal features that Yang Yi following the structure mode of the whole form at the sentence level above the original. (2) a two text cohesion, at or below sentence level, in terms of metaphor and irony that different micro form part, Yang Yi for microscopic features the conversion more flexible, often through the different choice of words, translation, translation and translation, intended to complement method instead of hypotaxis.
