創(chuàng)傷和修復(fù)：解讀辛格的《冤家：一個愛情故事》

【摘要】：20世紀美國著名猶太裔作家艾薩克·巴什維斯·辛格(Isaac Bashevis Singer)的創(chuàng)作以獨特的創(chuàng)作視角,敏銳的洞察力,幽默的語言,哲理豐富的內(nèi)蘊一直受到國際文學(xué)評論界的關(guān)注。他的作品中體現(xiàn)出了獨特的創(chuàng)作特色,反映出波蘭的文化傳統(tǒng)以及對于人類面臨的普遍境遇持有著熱烈的關(guān)切,這使得他成為繼索爾·貝婁(Saul Bellow)之后第二位獲得諾貝爾文學(xué)獎的美國猶太作家。辛格用幾近消亡的意地緒語勾畫出17世紀到20世紀上半葉的猶太社會,以其深厚的猶太情節(jié)反映出他對于猶太民族歷史境遇的同情,甚至把它與當今人類的生存相聯(lián)系,關(guān)注整個人類的命運。 《冤家：一個愛情故事》探索的是納粹大屠殺幸存者來到美國后與他們先前在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)期間的親身經(jīng)歷之間的關(guān)系。故事主要圍繞男主人公赫爾曼與三個女主人公之間糾纏的感情關(guān)系為線索,反映了戰(zhàn)后猶太人處于美國的環(huán)境中如何審視猶太歷史、確立文化身份、尋求心靈家園時所遭遇到的諸多困境。作為納粹大屠殺的親歷者和見證人,不管是在肉體上還是精神上,小說中的主要人物都承受著二戰(zhàn)期間納粹入侵對于猶太人采取迫害政策的傷痛。本論文以創(chuàng)傷理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合小說中人物的創(chuàng)傷經(jīng)歷和癥狀表現(xiàn)來揭示主人公的內(nèi)心創(chuàng)傷,同時也描繪了他們各自的修復(fù)之旅。 本論文由五章組成。 第一章導(dǎo)論主要是對作者和小說的概述、對作者作品的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的綜述,以及對本論文的獨創(chuàng)性和結(jié)構(gòu)的介紹。 第二章主要是對創(chuàng)傷理論的概述。本章主要介紹了創(chuàng)傷的定義,創(chuàng)傷理論經(jīng)歷了三個階段的發(fā)展過程,創(chuàng)傷的一般癥狀如反應(yīng)過度、侵入和約束,以及創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)的一般策略如講述創(chuàng)傷故事、哀悼創(chuàng)傷損失、重建聯(lián)系、解決創(chuàng)傷。 第三章主要探討小說中主要人物的創(chuàng)傷癥狀以及創(chuàng)傷對其造成的影響。小說中出現(xiàn)的創(chuàng)傷癥狀主要有重復(fù)體驗、回避以前經(jīng)歷的創(chuàng)傷事件和高度警戒。小說中的男主人公赫爾曼和三個女主人公雅德維珈、塔瑪拉,瑪莎均在不同程度上體現(xiàn)著這些創(chuàng)傷癥狀,他們解決處理這些癥狀困擾的辦法也因人而異。 第四章主要探索了小說中人物的創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)狀況并進行了原因的解讀。赫爾曼和瑪莎創(chuàng)傷修復(fù)過程中由于自身的各種原因不但未能使創(chuàng)傷愈合反而最終造成了各自離開和自殺的悲慘結(jié)局,塔瑪拉和雅德維珈因勇于面對新生活、樂于主動與他人重建聯(lián)系而最終日漸取得了創(chuàng)傷的愈合,走向了新的明天。 第五章是結(jié)論部分,主要是對本論文的意義分析。作者最終暗示只有正確面對創(chuàng)傷才可能最終取得愈合,走向美好的明天。 本論文以理論與文本細讀相結(jié)合的方式,不僅為小說《冤家：一個愛情故事》的解讀提供了一個新的維度,同時也具有一定的社會現(xiàn)實意義,鼓勵人們對于創(chuàng)傷采取積極面對處理的態(tài)度。
[Abstract]:The creation of the famous American Jewish writer Isaac Bashevis Singh (Isaac Bashevis Singer) in the 20th century has attracted the attention of the international literary critics with its unique creative perspective, keen insight, humorous language and rich philosophical connotation. His works embody unique creative features, reflect Polish cultural traditions and have a strong concern for the general situation facing humanity, This makes him the second American Jewish writer to win the Nobel Prize for Literature after Saul Bellow (Saul Bellow). Singh sketched Jewish society from the 17th century to the first half of the 20th century in the almost extinct Yiddish language, reflecting his sympathy for the historical situation of the Jewish nation with its deep Jewish plot, and even linking it to the existence of human beings today. Attention to the fate of humanity. "enemies: a Love Story" explores the relationship between Holocaust survivors coming to the United States and their previous experiences during World War II. The story mainly revolves around the emotional relationship between Herman the hero and the three heroines. It reflects how the Jewish people in the post-war environment in the United States examine Jewish history and establish their cultural identity. Many of the dilemmas encountered in the search for a spiritual home. As a witness and witness to the Holocaust, the main characters in the novel suffer from the persecution of Jews during the Nazi invasion during World War II, both physically and mentally. The second chapter is an overview of trauma theory. This chapter mainly introduces the definition of trauma, the theory of trauma has gone through three stages of development, the general symptoms of trauma such as overreaction, invasion and restraint, as well as the general strategy of wound repair, such as telling the story of trauma, mourning the loss of trauma. Reconnect and resolve the trauma. The third chapter mainly discusses the trauma symptoms of the main characters in the novel and the impact of trauma on them. The main trauma symptoms in the novel are repeated experience, avoidance of previous traumatic events and high vigilance. The protagonists Herman and the three heroines Yadviga Tamara and Martha all embody these traumatic symptoms to varying degrees and their solutions to these symptoms vary from person to person. The fourth chapter mainly explores the trauma repair of the characters in the novel and explains the reasons. Instead of healing the wounds, Herman and Martha ended up leaving and committing suicide for a variety of reasons. Tamara and Yadviga were brave enough to face a new life. Willing to take the initiative to re-connect with others and eventually gradually achieve wound healing, toward a new tomorrow. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, mainly analyzes the significance of this paper. The author finally suggests that only by correctly facing the trauma can we finally heal and move towards a better tomorrow. This thesis not only provides a new dimension for the interpretation of the novel "friend: a Love Story", but also has a certain social practical significance.
