【摘要】：舞蹈是一種人體行為與呼吸節(jié)律的配合的藝術(shù),呼吸的方法和舞蹈動律的"呼吸感"至關(guān)重要。呼吸在舞蹈中不僅有生理上的肺部呼吸,還體現(xiàn)在肢體動律上。舞者運(yùn)用呼吸的力度、節(jié)律等方式改變身體姿態(tài)和運(yùn)動軌跡,組織舞蹈語匯體系,形成各異的舞蹈風(fēng)格和類型。舞者通過人體行為與呼吸節(jié)律的配合完成表演和對思想情感的表達(dá)。在舞蹈中,構(gòu)成完美舞蹈語匯的要素包括:思想與呼吸的統(tǒng)一,呼吸與身體的統(tǒng)一,身體與思想的統(tǒng)一。完美的舞蹈語匯是在把握節(jié)奏、節(jié)律的同時(shí),掌握呼吸規(guī)律并自如運(yùn)用呼吸方式進(jìn)行的表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:Breathing in dance has not only physical lung breathing, but also limb motility.The dancers change their body posture and movement track by breathing force and rhythm, organize dance vocabulary system, and form different dance styles and types.Dancers perform and express their thoughts and emotions through the coordination of human behavior and respiratory rhythm.In dance, the elements of perfect dance vocabulary include the unity of thought and breath, the unity of breath and body, and the unity of body and thought.The perfect dance vocabulary is to grasp the rhythm and rhythm, grasp the laws of breathing and freely use the expression of breathing mode.
