【摘要】：柏拉圖是古希臘著名的哲學(xué)家、政治家、教育家和詩人,是西方美學(xué)和詩學(xué)的開創(chuàng)者和奠基人。他所創(chuàng)立的柏拉圖主義是西方哲學(xué)史上第一個完整的客觀唯心主義學(xué)派。新柏拉圖主義則是緊追柏拉圖的文藝思想并對其進行新的詮釋的哲學(xué)流派。本文在分別分析柏拉圖和新柏拉圖主義者(選取普羅提諾,圣·奧古斯丁和叔本華為代表進行分析)的代表作品和美學(xué)思想的基礎(chǔ)上,辯證地對兩者的美學(xué)理論進行比較。 文章將以新柏拉圖主義對柏拉圖主義的繼承,發(fā)展和革新為重點探討西方文學(xué)理論尤其是美學(xué)理論的揚棄性發(fā)展。兩種文藝思潮均在美學(xué)領(lǐng)域提出深刻見解且這些理論的提出和作者所處社會背景和階級地位密切相關(guān),因此帶有不可磨滅的階級烙印。具體對比分析兩者美學(xué)理論的異同,揭示西方古典文論中柏拉圖美學(xué)理論的發(fā)展進程及其與社會文化和歷史背景的千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系,從而闡述兩者在世界美學(xué)史的重要地位,對后世的深遠影響及在現(xiàn)當(dāng)代被賦予的新的價值所在。
