【摘要】：隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),城市面臨的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題日益突出。其中水資源的匱乏和城市水環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重污染使得天然狀態(tài)下的水文機(jī)制和水文循環(huán)被不斷破壞,己經(jīng)成為城市發(fā)展的重要約束。河流是人類的發(fā)源地,城市濱水景觀是廣受喜愛的活動(dòng)空間,也是城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)重要的研究和實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域。近年來隨著低影響開發(fā)理念及雨洪管理技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,濱水空間的研究也涌現(xiàn)出許多新的內(nèi)容。傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)方法不再能夠滿足城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,“海綿城市”理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。它通過對(duì)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的良性介入,將城市與自然作為一體進(jìn)行研究和處理,倡導(dǎo)城市與自然互融互生,成為解決城市水環(huán)境問題的突破點(diǎn)。本文以城市濱水景觀作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合新興雨洪管理理念——“海綿城市”,分析了“海綿城市”理念在城市濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用的必要性與可行性;梳理了城市濱水景觀及海綿城市相關(guān)理論知識(shí);深度解析了兩個(gè)海綿型城市濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)案例;從景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的角度,提出了海綿城市理念滲透下的城市濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)方法。并以綿陽市涪江沿岸(小枧片區(qū))濱水景觀設(shè)計(jì)為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)證。該項(xiàng)目構(gòu)建了集水利、生態(tài)、游憩、景觀、人文等多重功能于一體的綜合性濱水公園,在發(fā)揮其河道基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施功能的同時(shí),激發(fā)了濱水景觀的社會(huì)效益、生態(tài)環(huán)境效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、人文效益等多元價(jià)值。由此可見,該方法值得參考借鑒和不斷深入研究。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, the ecological and environmental problems facing cities are becoming more and more prominent. The shortage of water resources and the serious pollution of urban water environment make the hydrological mechanism and hydrological cycle in natural state constantly destroyed. Rivers are the birthplace of human beings, and urban waterfront landscape is a popular activity space. It is also an important research and practice field in urban and rural planning. In recent years, with the development of low-impact development concept and rainwater management technology, Many new contents have emerged in the study of waterfront space. Traditional technology and methods can no longer meet the requirements of urban sustainable development, and the concept of "sponge city" emerges as the times require. Taking the city and the nature as an integral whole to carry on the research and the treatment, advocates the city and the nature mutually melts mutually, becomes the breakthrough point which solves the urban water environment question. This article regards the city waterfront landscape as the research object, This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of the concept of "sponge city" in the design of urban waterfront landscape, combs the theoretical knowledge of urban waterfront landscape and sponge city, combines the new concept of rain flood management-"sponge city", and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the concept of "sponge city" in the design of urban waterfront landscape. Deep analysis of two sponge urban waterfront landscape design cases; from the perspective of landscape planning and design, This paper puts forward the design method of waterfront landscape under the concept of sponge city, and takes the design of waterfront landscape along Fujiang River in Mianyang as an example. The project constructs water conservancy, ecology, recreation and landscape. The comprehensive waterfront park, which has many functions such as humanities and so on, not only exerts its function of river channel infrastructure, but also stimulates the social benefits, ecological environmental benefits, economic benefits and humanistic benefits of waterfront landscape. This method is worthy of reference and further study.
