【摘要】：在當今發(fā)展的時代潮流下,文化主題餐飲空間應運而生。如何營造具有文化特征的餐飲空間環(huán)境,以滿足人們的精神需求成為設計者思考與探究的重點。文化主題餐廳作為餐飲空間文化的載體,對表達餐飲空間文化和詮釋主題內(nèi)涵起了非常重要的作用。魯文化作為中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,積淀了豐富的藝術(shù)成果,在建筑、服飾、青銅、繪畫、音樂等領(lǐng)域取得了突出成就。本文對文化主題餐飲空間進行分析,從魯文化的解讀入手,提取魯文化的視覺符號,為相關(guān)的魯文化餐飲空間設計的實踐研究奠定理論基礎。文中通過實際案例,將分析與提煉的魯文化視覺符號應用到魯文化主題餐飲空間設計中,在設計實踐中詮釋魯文化的內(nèi)涵,從而達到傳播和弘揚魯文化的目的。
[Abstract]:In the current trend of development, culture-themed dining space emerges as the times require. To meet the spiritual needs of people has become the focus of the designer's thinking and exploration. Cultural theme restaurant as the carrier of catering space culture, Lu culture, as an important part of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, has accumulated rich artistic achievements in architecture, clothing, bronze, painting, Music and other fields have made outstanding achievements. This paper analyzes the cultural theme of catering space, starting with the interpretation of Lu culture, extract the visual symbols of Lu culture, In this paper, the author applies the visual symbol of Lu culture to the design of catering space on the theme of Lu culture through practical cases. In the design practice, the connotation of Lu culture is interpreted, so as to spread and carry forward the Lu culture.
