【摘要】：我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)村人口占了國家人口的大多數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村的發(fā)展是我們的重要課題。文化建設(shè),作為上層建筑方面,對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有積極的作用。尤其是現(xiàn)今農(nóng)村的發(fā)展受到城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化的大環(huán)境影響,加大農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)力度,對(duì)促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中的農(nóng)村發(fā)展意義重大。黨的十八大報(bào)告指出:“文化是一個(gè)民族的血脈,是人類的精神家園。”我們應(yīng)該以馬列主義、毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論、“三個(gè)代表”重要思想、科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),充分貫徹黨的十八大和十八屆三中全會(huì)、四中全會(huì)精神,深入的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)近平總書記系列重要講話精神,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)的條件下,大力發(fā)展農(nóng)村文化,為農(nóng)村地區(qū)的發(fā)展提供有力的支撐。本文是以現(xiàn)階段城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化為切入點(diǎn),以馬克思主義理論為支撐,研究城鄉(xiāng)一體化背景下的農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)。主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探討。第一部分,闡述了國內(nèi)和國外關(guān)于農(nóng)村文化研究的現(xiàn)狀,為本文提供參考。全面闡述了城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化和農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的理論淵源和概念,闡明了馬克思主義理論對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化和文化建設(shè)的支撐,論證了馬克思主義對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化和農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的作用以及為什么要在城鄉(xiāng)一體化的背景下加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村的文化建設(shè)。第二部分,分析了吉林省農(nóng)村文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。以及在城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展一體化的背景下,吉林省的農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)取得的各方面成就。第三部分,闡述了當(dāng)前吉林省的農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)存在的問題,分析了吉林省農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)存在各方面問題的原因。論證了在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段,城鄉(xiāng)一體化中的文化建設(shè)的重要性。第四部分,探討了如何以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),解決吉林省農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)存在的各項(xiàng)問題。以理論認(rèn)識(shí)為基礎(chǔ),以實(shí)踐活動(dòng)為主,切實(shí)解決吉林省農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)中存在的各項(xiàng)問題,對(duì)現(xiàn)階段加強(qiáng)城鄉(xiāng)一體化背景下的農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)提出現(xiàn)實(shí)有效的、切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策,實(shí)現(xiàn)吉林省的農(nóng)村、城市協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, the rural population accounts for the majority of the state's population, rural development is an important issue. Our cultural construction, as the superstructure, have a positive effect on the development of the rural economy. Especially the development of the rural areas by the large environmental impact of the integration of urban and rural development, strengthen rural cultural construction and the significance to promote rural development in the urban-rural integration. The eighteen Party Congress report pointed out: "culture is a nation's blood, is the spiritual home of the people. We should take the Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of" Three Represents ", Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, fully implement the party eighteen and the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the Fourth Plenary Session spirit, the spirit of Learning Series General Secretary Xi Jinping important speech deeply, in the new normal under the conditions of economic development, vigorously develop agriculture The village culture, provide a strong support for the development of rural areas. This paper is to present the integration of urban and rural development as the starting point, by Marx theory as the support, the rural cultural construction under the background of the integration of urban and rural areas. Mainly discussed from four aspects. The first part, this paper expounds the present situation of research on domestic and rural culture abroad, provide a reference for this paper. A comprehensive exposition of the integration of urban and rural development and rural cultural construction theory and concept, explained the support of Marx's theory of urban-rural integration and cultural construction, demonstrates the role of the Marx doctrine of integration of urban and rural development and rural cultural construction, why should strengthen the rural cultural construction in the background of the integration of urban and rural areas next. The second part analyzes the current situation of rural cultural development in Jilin province. And in the integration of urban and rural development under the background of Jilin Province The rural culture construction achievements in all aspects. The third part expounds the existence of the current rural cultural construction in Jilin Province, problems, causes various problems of rural cultural construction in Jilin province. Proved in the current stage of economic development, the importance of cultural construction in the urban and rural integration. The fourth part discusses how to be guided by Marx theory, to solve the problems of rural cultural construction in Jilin province. In theory, in practice, to solve the rural cultural construction in Jilin province problems, to strengthen the construction of rural culture under the background of urban-rural integration at the present stage, put forward practical and effective and feasible countermeasures Jilin Province, to achieve coordinated development of rural and city.
