【摘要】：住宅小區(qū)的發(fā)展歷史一直與中國的社會的經(jīng)濟、歷史政治體制密切相關。中國住宅小區(qū)發(fā)展雖然短暫,但是也有了幾十年的進程。中國逐漸從公有住宅,變成私有住宅,到改革開放的推進,小康社會的到來,許多個人成為業(yè)主。極大的推動了小區(qū)模式的發(fā)展。小區(qū)模式逐漸出現(xiàn)多樣化,多極化,多品種的局面。人們對生活品味的要求已經(jīng)不只滿足于一般性的居住條件。人們越來越看重住宅小區(qū)的生活環(huán)境。住宅小區(qū)已經(jīng)成為人類生活的精神家園。小區(qū)的空間環(huán)境布局怎么樣才能讓人們有更好的生活體驗已經(jīng)成了一個非常重要的問題。本論文的研究內(nèi)容首先是根據(jù)當今國內(nèi)外對住宅小區(qū)景觀環(huán)境布局的發(fā)展進程進行分析,其次通過住宅景觀設計案例找出當今住宅小區(qū)的設計優(yōu)點與不足之處。然后對住宅小區(qū)景觀環(huán)境布局的休閑功能,美化環(huán)境功能,生態(tài)功能,人性化設計進行探索。并結(jié)合環(huán)境心理學,人體工程學等學科進行分析。最后通過自己的景觀空間環(huán)境布局設計實踐來進一步探索人們在住宅小區(qū)居住存在的一系列問題,對于人們在住宅小區(qū)如何更好的生活提供一點建議和思考。
[Abstract]:The history of residential development has always been closely related to the social economy and historical political system of China. Although the development of residential areas in China is short, there has also been a process of several decades. China has gradually changed from public housing to private housing. With the promotion of reform and opening up and the arrival of a well-off society, many individuals became owners. This greatly promoted the development of the community model, which gradually appeared to be diversified and multipolar. People's demand for life taste is not only satisfied with the general living conditions. People pay more and more attention to the living environment of the residential district. The residential district has become the spiritual home of human life. How to make people have a better living experience has become a very important issue. Firstly, the research content of this paper is based on the analysis of the development process of landscape environment layout of residential district at home and abroad. Secondly, through the case of residential landscape design to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the design of residential district. Then the leisure function, beautification function and ecological function of landscape environment layout of residential district are discussed. Humanized design is explored. Combined with environmental psychology, ergonomics, etc. Finally, through our own landscape space environment layout design practice, we further explore a series of problems that people live in residential area. For people in residential areas how to better life to provide a little advice and thinking.
