【摘要】：語言具有一定的精確性，同時也具有模糊性，這種模糊性同精確性一樣是自然語言本身的固有特征之一。1965年美國控制論專家L.A扎德在《信息和控制》雜志上提出了“模糊集”的問題，它才引起了許多學者和專家的廣泛關注和研究。在以往的研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)，模糊限制語是存在于人類自然語言中的主要模糊性語言。作為模糊語言的重要組成部分，模糊限制語在口語和書面語交流中起著重要的作用。政治新聞報道是人們了解政治事件的主要渠道，因此政治新聞報道中模糊限制語的使用是值得我們深入研究的一個重要領域。 根據(jù)國內外關于模糊限制語所作的研究，本研究旨在從語用理論中的禮貌原則，面子保全理論以及人際功能層面，對中英政治新聞報道中的模糊限制語進行對比分析。本研究以中英文政治新聞報道中的模糊限制語為研究對象，以E.F.Prince（1982）對模糊限制語的分類為標準，采用定量分析和定性分析相結合的方法，對出現(xiàn)在中英政治新聞中的模糊限制語的進行對比研究。本研究隨機從路透社官方網站，路透社官方中文網，以及金融時報官方中文網抽取了24篇政治新聞作為研究資料，共計27202字�；谘芯磕康�，本研究主要設置了三個主要問題：首先，發(fā)現(xiàn)和探討英漢政治新聞報道中模糊限制語的使用情況，即頻率和分布有何異同？其次，政治新聞報道中模糊限制語又是通過哪些方式來實現(xiàn)的并分析產生異同的潛在原因是什么？最后，從Halliday的人際功能出發(fā)，探討和分析模糊限制語在政治新聞報道中的人際功能是怎樣實現(xiàn)的？ 本研究主要由以下五個部分構成： 第一章是本研究的總體概括，介紹了本項研究的研究背景、研究目的、研究意義和文章的組織結構。 第二章是文獻綜述部分，主要對國內外學者對模糊限制語所進行的研究進行梳理和概括。 第三章主要是研究設計，其中主要包括研究問題，語料收集，研究的方法以及步驟：與此同時，界定了本項研究所使用的模糊限制語的定義和分類標準。 第四章是數(shù)據(jù)分析與討論部分，也是本文的中心部分。首先以海蘭德和普林斯對模糊限制語的定義和分類為依據(jù)，找出并顯示出語料中的模糊限制語進而對其分類，，對在語料中出現(xiàn)的各個類型模糊限制語統(tǒng)計分析，以表格的形式呈現(xiàn)出它們的數(shù)量及分布頻率，然后加以研究分析。其次，實例說明英漢政治新聞報道中模糊限制語的使用情況，最后，探討了英漢政治新聞報道中的模糊限制語的語用功能。 第五章是結論部分，概括了本研究的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)，闡述了英漢政治新聞報道中模糊限制語的分析和研究的作用和啟示。此外，本章提出了本項研究的不足，并對以后的研究提出了若干建議。 總而言之，在英漢政治新聞報道中模糊限制語大量地存在，模糊限制語作為一種交際策略或是目的，得到了政治家和新聞媒體報道者的廣泛使用，以達到特定的語用功能。此項研究一方面有助于人們充分認識政治新聞報道中的模糊限制語，另一方面，對英語教學也有一定作用。
[Abstract]:Language has a certain accuracy and also has fuzziness, which is one of the inherent characteristics of natural language itself. This is one of the inherent characteristics of natural language itself..1965, the American cybernetics expert L.A, put forward the "fuzzy set" in the "information and control" magazine, which has caused extensive attention and research by many scholars and experts. It is found that hedges are the main fuzzy languages that exist in human natural language. As an important part of the fuzzy language, hedges play an important role in the communication of spoken and written languages. Political news reports are the main channels for people to understand political events, so the fuzzy limit in political news reports is limited. The use of system is an important field worthy of further study.
Based on the research on hedges at home and abroad, this study aims to make a comparative analysis of the hedges in the Chinese and English political news reports from the politeness principle, the face preservation theory and the interpersonal function level in the pragmatic theory. This study takes the hedges in the Chinese and English political news news as the research object and E.F.Princ E (1982) is a standard for the classification of hedges. By combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, a comparative study is made on the hedges that appear in Chinese and English political news. This study randomly selected 24 political news reports from the official website of the Reuters, the official Chinese network of Reuters, and the official Chinese network of the golden thaw times. The research data, total 27202 words. Based on the purpose of the study, this study has mainly set up three main problems: first, discover and explore the use of Hedges in English and Chinese political news reports, that is, what are the similarities and differences between frequency and distribution? Secondly, in what ways are the hedges in political news reports realized and analyzed. What are the underlying causes of similarities and differences? Finally, from the interpersonal function of Halliday, how does the interpersonal function of hedges be realized in political news reports?
This study mainly consists of the following five parts:
The first chapter is the general summary of this study. It introduces the background, purpose, significance and organizational structure of the study.
The second chapter is the literature review, which mainly summarizes and summarizes the research on hedges by scholars both at home and abroad.
The third chapter is mainly research design, which mainly includes research questions, corpus collection, research methods and steps. At the same time, the definition and classification standard of the hedges used in this study are defined.
The fourth chapter is the part of data analysis and discussion and the central part of this article. First, based on the definition and classification of hedges, it finds out and displays the fuzzy restrictions in the corpus and then classifies them, and presents the statistical analysis of various types of hedges that appear in the corpus, and presents the form in the form of tabular form. The number and frequency of their distribution are studied and analyzed. Secondly, examples are given to illustrate the use of Hedges in English and Chinese political news reports. Finally, the pragmatic functions of the hedges in English and Chinese political news reports are discussed.
The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, summarizes the main findings of this study, and expounds the role and Inspiration of the analysis and research of Hedges in English and Chinese political news reports. In addition, this chapter puts forward the shortcomings of this study and puts forward some suggestions for the future research.
In a word, hedges exist in English and Chinese political news reports. As a communicative strategy or purpose, hedges are widely used by politicians and news media to achieve specific pragmatic functions. This study helps people to fully understand the fuzzy restrictions in political news reports. On the other hand, it also plays a certain role in English teaching.
