中日文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的比較研究

【摘要】: 文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級的方向之一,也是各國積極規(guī)劃、扶持發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)對象。我國也逐漸認(rèn)識到了這個產(chǎn)業(yè)重要的戰(zhàn)略意義和發(fā)展的急迫性,并已經(jīng)把它寫進(jìn)了“十一五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃當(dāng)中。日本是目前國際上文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)較為發(fā)達(dá)的國家,又因為地緣、文化的接近,成為對中國而言較有比較意義的參照系。本文使用了比較經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究方法,研究了中日文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、以及兩國主要文化創(chuàng)意行業(yè)的特點;分析了中日兩國該產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的異同之處,結(jié)合兩國國情,試圖給出差異來源的解釋;在比較之下找出中國的差距,并介紹日本值得借鑒的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗;結(jié)合市場現(xiàn)狀,做出兩國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展的趨勢預(yù)測,并給出了自己的見解。 本文的第一章是導(dǎo)論部分,介紹了文章的選題意義、寫作思路和主要創(chuàng)新點。 第二章對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論研究做了歸納總結(jié)。主要考察了與文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)有關(guān)的概念和統(tǒng)計范圍的界定,指出各種界定的主要差異之處,并根據(jù)本文的寫作目的選取了概念的稱謂及范疇。 文章的第三章從整體上對中日文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行對比?疾炝藘蓢摦a(chǎn)業(yè)的市場規(guī)模、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、市場需求及生產(chǎn)能力的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢等方面,透過統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),揭示了數(shù)字背后所代表的問題,勾勒出該產(chǎn)業(yè)在兩國發(fā)展的鳥瞰圖,以及對未來發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行預(yù)測。 本文第四章考察兩國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)中四個最具代表性的行業(yè):出版業(yè)(包括報紙、期刊雜志、圖書、數(shù)字出版)、電影業(yè)、動漫業(yè)和游戲業(yè)。文章使用第一手的統(tǒng)計資料,在質(zhì)和量兩方面詳細(xì)比較分析了各個小行業(yè)的發(fā)展特點,總結(jié)了兩國各個行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中最主要的共性與差異,分析這些差異的來源,并試圖對某些行業(yè)的發(fā)展做出預(yù)測。 文章的最后一部分研究了兩國文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)政策。比較了兩國該產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略地位的差異、以及在政策主體、立法、投融資體系、人才培育等方面的區(qū)別,指出我國欠缺之處,并提出日本可供國內(nèi)借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:The cultural and creative industry is one of the directions of the economic industry upgrading in the world at present. It is also the industrial object that various countries actively plan and support the development. China has also gradually realized the important strategic significance and the urgency of the development of this industry. Japan is currently a relatively developed country with cultural and creative industries in the world, and because of the proximity of geography and culture, This paper uses comparative economics research methods to study the overall development of the cultural and creative industries in China and Japan, as well as the characteristics of the main cultural and creative industries in the two countries. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of the present situation of the industry between China and Japan, tries to explain the source of the difference by combining the national conditions of the two countries, finds out the gap between China and Japan, and introduces the advanced experience of Japan, which is worthy of reference, and combines with the market situation. To make the future development of cultural and creative industries in the two countries forecast, and give their own views. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which introduces the significance of the topic, writing ideas and main innovative points. The second chapter summarizes the relevant basic theory research at home and abroad. It mainly studies the definition of the concept and statistical scope related to cultural and creative industry, and points out the main differences of the various definitions. According to the purpose of this paper, the title and category of the concept are selected. The third chapter compares the cultural and creative industries between China and Japan as a whole. It examines the market size, the internal structure of the industry, the current situation and the development trend of the market demand and production capacity in the two countries through the statistical data. It reveals the problems behind the numbers, outlines the aerial view of the industry's development in the two countries, and forecasts the future development prospects. Chapter 4th examines the four most representative industries in the cultural and creative industries of the two countries: publishing (including newspapers, periodicals, magazines, books, digital publishing, film, animation and gaming). This paper compares and analyzes the development characteristics of each small industry in terms of quality and quantity, summarizes the main commonness and difference in the development status of each industry in the two countries, analyzes the sources of these differences, and attempts to predict the development of some industries. In the last part of the article, the author studies the cultural and creative industry policies of the two countries, and compares the strategic position of the two countries, as well as the differences in the main body of policy, legislation, investment and financing system, talent cultivation, etc., and points out the shortcomings of our country. And put forward the experience that Japan can use for reference at home.
