【摘要】：政府工作報告是中華人民共和國政府的一種行政公文,各級政府必須在每年召開的當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣翊泶髸䲡h和政治協(xié)商會議上向大會主席團、與會人大代表和政協(xié)委員提交這一報告。通過讀政府工作報告可以對過去一年該地區(qū)的政府工作有一個大致的了解,對本年的政府工作安排有一個清晰的思路,對政府的自身建設(shè)堅定信心。長久以來,人們多關(guān)注于國務(wù)院每年所做的報告,而各省、市等下級政府的工作報告卻未得到廣泛關(guān)注。此外,生活在中國各地的外國友人對我國政府工作報告的興趣也日益增長,因而,下級政府工作報告的英譯工作就迫在眉睫以幫助外國友人更深入地了解中國。本次實踐報告是在對2015年綿陽市政府工作報告所進行的一次模擬交替?zhèn)髯g基礎(chǔ)上撰寫而成,旨在釋意理論的指導(dǎo)下分析政府報告中的數(shù)字口譯,長難句口譯等常見口譯問題以及探討背景知識的掌握程度和口譯人員心理素質(zhì)對口譯效果的影響。常見的翻譯策略和技巧如直譯、意譯、拆譯和合譯法、語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換等方法在翻譯過程中也得以運用。重點解決了口譯理論與實踐的結(jié)合問題。本次實踐的意義在于,一方面,筆者自己的口譯能力也得到了鍛煉;另一方面,此次的模擬實踐可引起人們對下級政府報告英譯工作的重視,吸引更多翻譯人才參與到政府工作報告以及政治文體的翻譯工作中。
