隨著一帶一路倡議的提出,中國(guó)走出去的戰(zhàn)略逐步得到實(shí)施。作為新時(shí)代的我們有責(zé)任和義務(wù)順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流,抓住時(shí)代發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,在全球化加深的背景下,講好中國(guó)故事。為祖國(guó)的偉大復(fù)興與發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一份力量。在此背景下,外宣翻譯在大國(guó)外交中顯得尤為重要。外事翻譯雖長(zhǎng)期存在,但涉及的內(nèi)容卻越發(fā)廣泛。國(guó)內(nèi)與國(guó)際合作的紀(jì)錄片越來(lái)越多,把紀(jì)錄片發(fā)布會(huì)納入外事翻譯框架下的活動(dòng)卻很少。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告以“中國(guó)-東盟人文交流活動(dòng)暨大型文化紀(jì)錄片《丹行線》發(fā)布會(huì)資料相關(guān)文稿作為研究對(duì)象。該紀(jì)錄片第一季在印尼拍攝,片中以主持人朱丹的視角講述了十位擁有非凡故事的平凡印度尼西亞人。報(bào)告以筆者在南寧市外辦領(lǐng)事科實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)協(xié)助籌備《丹行線》發(fā)布會(huì)所翻譯的資料為研究材料,包括外交照會(huì)、邀請(qǐng)函、諒解備忘錄、推介會(huì)、倡議書、解說詞、宣傳畫冊(cè)、介紹等文本。筆者以奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論和黃有義的外宣翻譯三貼近原則為指導(dǎo),從詞匯、句法、篇章三個(gè)層面分析解決翻譯實(shí)踐中所遇到的問題,總結(jié)出具體翻譯策略。在此次實(shí)踐過程中,筆者首先對(duì)翻譯文本進(jìn)行初譯及自審,然后呈給外辦翻譯室專家進(jìn)行校審,以確定譯文準(zhǔn)確性。作者以實(shí)踐報(bào)告的形式對(duì)翻譯文本典型問題進(jìn)行方法總結(jié),以期為...
