在全球化背景下,國家間的合作與交流日益頻繁。英語語言能力以及英語交際能力在跨文化交際中所扮演的角色越來越重要。因此,現在跨文化能力的培養(yǎng)被認為是外語教學中不可分割的一部分。然而,傳統(tǒng)的英語教學更傾向于語言技能的發(fā)展,對跨文化意識的培養(yǎng)重視不夠。如何有效地培養(yǎng)外語學習者的跨文化意識已成為一個亟待解決的問題。內容型教學通過將課程重點從語言學習轉移到學科內容的學習,從而達到提高語言水平的目的。CBLT不僅能夠提高學生的英語水平,而且有助于培養(yǎng)學生的跨文化意識,提高跨文化能力。在本文中,采用嵌入跨文化意識的內容型教學法進行教學,我們試圖對以下問題進行研究:1.學生跨文化意識的發(fā)展如何?2.融入跨文化意識的內容型教學法在培養(yǎng)學生跨文化意識和提高跨文化交際能力方面是否有效?3.融入跨文化意識的內容型教學是否有效地提高了學生的語言知識和語言能力?本項研究以泰興市某所高中的70名高二學生為研究對象,分為兩個班進行一學期的教學實驗。一個為實驗班,采用嵌入跨文化意識的內容型教學法進行教學,更多側重于文化知識與跨文化意識;另一個班級為對照班,采用內容教學法,更多側重于語言教學。研究者通過測試、問卷調查、訪談...
