【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,恐怖主義愈演愈烈,給世界安全帶來(lái)極大威脅,ISIS就是其中危害最大的恐怖組織之一。因此,反恐問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到世人的關(guān)注,人們對(duì)各國(guó)反恐進(jìn)展的了解需求也日漸高漲。本文作者選擇翻譯一份由三名英國(guó)議會(huì)議員合寫的簡(jiǎn)報(bào),主題即為對(duì)于當(dāng)前各國(guó)打擊ISIS進(jìn)展的分析。本文是《伊斯蘭國(guó):針對(duì)其在伊拉克和敘利亞展開(kāi)的軍事行動(dòng)》的翻譯報(bào)告。這是由三名英國(guó)議會(huì)議員合寫的一份簡(jiǎn)報(bào)。簡(jiǎn)報(bào)這一文體通常會(huì)針對(duì)某一話題及其相關(guān)背景進(jìn)行介紹,供政府官員與決策者快速且相對(duì)全面地了解話題的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。因而具有一些明顯的特點(diǎn),在翻譯時(shí)需要用到很多翻譯技巧。本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了作者對(duì)原文本的翻譯,以及選擇這一文本進(jìn)行翻譯的原因。作者在文中分析了翻譯原文本過(guò)程中用到的一些常用翻譯技巧。這些常用翻譯技巧在作者對(duì)原文本的翻譯過(guò)程中起到不可替代的作用。然而,作者還發(fā)現(xiàn)僅憑這些技巧不足以解決翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的所有困難,如對(duì)連詞and的翻譯。and作為一個(gè)常見(jiàn)連詞,在原文本中的出現(xiàn)率也同樣極高。通常來(lái)講,and表達(dá)的是“和”、“同”、“以及”這樣的并列意義,然而作者在對(duì)原文本的翻譯過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),and有時(shí)除了并列意義外,還能表達(dá)其他的含義,并不能簡(jiǎn)單地翻譯為“和”。因此,針對(duì)這一點(diǎn),必須采取特殊的翻譯技巧。通過(guò)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)在翻譯and時(shí),譯者需要考慮其連接的句子成分之間的內(nèi)在語(yǔ)義關(guān)系、邏輯關(guān)系,從而更準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)原文本的思想,這樣譯文就能更貼近原文本,忠實(shí)于原文。在對(duì)原文本的翻譯過(guò)程中,作者總結(jié)出and還應(yīng)在特定條件下翻譯出遞進(jìn)、對(duì)比、因果的含義。這些語(yǔ)義邏輯關(guān)系在翻譯時(shí)必須忠實(shí)地體現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
[Abstract]:In today's world, terrorism is becoming more and more serious, which brings great threat to the security of the world. ISIS is one of the most dangerous terrorist organizations. As a result, the issue of anti-terrorism is attracting more and more attention, and the need to understand the progress of anti-terrorism is increasing. The author chose to translate a brief by three members of Parliament on the analysis of current progress in combating ISIS. This is the translated report of the Islamic State: its military operations in Iraq and Syria. This is a briefing by three members of the British Parliament. The style of briefing is usually used to introduce a topic and its relevant background for government officials and decision makers to quickly and relatively comprehensively understand the relevant content of the topic. As a result, there are some obvious features that require a lot of translation techniques. This paper briefly introduces the author's translation of the original text and the reasons for choosing it. The author analyzes some commonly used translation techniques in the process of translating the original text. These commonly used translation techniques play an irreplaceable role in the author's translation of the original text. However, the author also finds that these techniques alone are not enough to solve all the difficulties encountered in the translation process, such as the translation of the conjunction and. As a common conjunctions, and also has a very high occurrence rate in the original text. Generally speaking, and means "and", "same", "and", "but in the process of translating the original text, the author finds that and can sometimes express other meanings than juxtaposition. It is not easy to translate it as "harmony". Therefore, special translation techniques must be adopted in order to solve this problem. Through analysis, it is found that in translating and, the translator needs to consider the semantic and logical relations between the connected sentence elements, so as to convey the ideas of the original text more accurately, so that the translation can be closer to the original text. Be faithful to the original text. In the process of translating the original text, the author concludes that and should also translate the meanings of progression, contrast and causality under certain conditions. These semantic logical relationships must be faithfully embodied in translation.
