【摘要】:科技的發(fā)展在人類社會(huì)的進(jìn)步中有著舉足輕重的地位,對(duì)人類賴以生存的農(nóng)業(yè)和食品的發(fā)展也起到了一定促進(jìn)作用。然而,科技這把"雙刃劍"也給人類生活帶來(lái)了一定的威脅,例如化學(xué)藥品的不合理使用不僅污染了土壤,同時(shí)也污染了下一季作物。就食品安全領(lǐng)域而言,這一切不容樂(lè)觀,因此人們開始對(duì)應(yīng)用在農(nóng)業(yè)和食品中的科技產(chǎn)生懷疑,甚至抵制。既然如此,如何引導(dǎo)人們正確對(duì)待科學(xué)技術(shù)在食品中的應(yīng)用?如何正確的利用科學(xué)技術(shù)?《非天然美食:科技如何助陣超級(jí)食品以拯救世界》(出版于2016年)的作者杰森·拉斯克通過(guò)講述一系列有關(guān)科技創(chuàng)新的真實(shí)故事,為讀者呈現(xiàn)一個(gè)積極樂(lè)觀的視角,引領(lǐng)讀者客觀地認(rèn)識(shí)科技在農(nóng)業(yè)和食品中的作用。本翻譯報(bào)告是基于約16000字英語(yǔ)文本的翻譯實(shí)踐而形成的,翻譯文本節(jié)選自美國(guó)社會(huì)學(xué)家杰森·拉斯克的《非天然美食:科技如何助陣超級(jí)食品以拯救世界》一書。翻譯報(bào)告主要由四個(gè)章節(jié)組成。第一章敘述翻譯項(xiàng)目的背景、進(jìn)行此次翻譯項(xiàng)目的目的和意義以及指導(dǎo)此次翻譯項(xiàng)目所應(yīng)用的理論依據(jù)。第二章介紹了原文作者,文本的大致內(nèi)容以及語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)。第三章是本翻譯報(bào)告的重點(diǎn),主要介紹了本次翻譯實(shí)踐的主要過(guò)程,包括譯者的譯前準(zhǔn)備,翻譯中遇到的主要難點(diǎn)及解決方法,整個(gè)翻譯實(shí)踐中使用的主要的翻譯技巧,以及翻譯后的修正工作。在翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者遵循奈達(dá)的功能對(duì)等理論,主要采用了轉(zhuǎn)換法、增譯法,拆譯法和倒置法等翻譯技巧。第四章是結(jié)論,總結(jié)本次翻譯實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)并提出翻譯實(shí)踐中未解決的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)本次翻譯實(shí)踐,譯者對(duì)科技在食品與農(nóng)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用有了更多的了解,同時(shí)也積累了一些翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn)。此外,譯者希望翻譯文本可以幫助中國(guó)讀者更多地了解科技、農(nóng)業(yè)和食品之間的關(guān)系,希望讀者能夠看到對(duì)于轉(zhuǎn)基因等遭到質(zhì)疑的高新技術(shù)的不同觀點(diǎn),因而可以更加客觀的解讀這些技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:The development of science and technology plays an important role in the progress of human society. However, the "double-edged sword" of science and technology has also brought a certain threat to human life. For example, the irrational use of chemicals not only pollutes the soil, but also pollutes the next crop. As far as food safety is concerned, all this is not optimistic, so people are beginning to doubt and even resist the application of technology in agriculture and food. In that case, how to guide people to correctly treat the application of science and technology in food? How to make the right use of Science and Technology? Jason Rask, author of "unnatural Food: how Technology helps Super Food to Save the World" (published in 2016), tells a series of true stories about technological innovation. To present a positive and optimistic perspective for readers, leading readers to objectively understand the role of science and technology in agriculture and food. This translation report is based on translation practices in about 16000 words of English texts excerpted from American sociologist Jason Rask's unnatural Food: how Technology helps Superfood to Save the World. The translation report consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the background of the translation project, the significance of the translation project and the theoretical basis for guiding the translation project. The second chapter introduces the author of the original text, the general content of the text and language characteristics. Chapter three is the focus of this translation report, which mainly introduces the main process of this translation practice, including the translator's pre-translation preparation, the main difficulties encountered in translation and the solutions, as well as the main translation techniques used in the whole translation practice. And the revised work after translation. In the process of translation, the translator follows Nida's functional equivalence theory and mainly adopts translation techniques such as conversion method, incremental translation method, split translation method and inversion method. Chapter four is the conclusion, summing up the experience and lessons of this translation practice and putting forward the unsolved problems in translation practice. Through this translation practice, translators have gained a better understanding of the application of science and technology in food and agriculture, and accumulated some translation experience. In addition, the translator hopes that the translated text will help Chinese readers understand more about the relationship between technology, agriculture and food. Thus, these techniques can be interpreted more objectively.
