【摘要】：本文探究了壓縮策略對(duì)于指導(dǎo)即興發(fā)言英漢同傳的的意義。由于其“即時(shí)性”的特點(diǎn),同聲傳譯關(guān)注的是信息的一次傳達(dá),同聲傳譯員在面臨時(shí)間、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)、知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備等壓力時(shí),會(huì)選擇對(duì)原文進(jìn)行“壓縮”處理,選擇傳遞發(fā)言人的主旨信息和主要觀點(diǎn),而不是逐字逐句轉(zhuǎn)化所有信息。目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于同聲傳譯中“壓縮”策略的關(guān)注度不夠,很多研究還仍處于空白階段�，F(xiàn)存研究大多只關(guān)注于“壓縮”理論包含下的省略技巧,而沒(méi)有著眼于更宏觀的“壓縮”策略。本文采取了理論分析與實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,為這一領(lǐng)域稍作填白。本文以壓縮策略和譯文的達(dá)意性作為基礎(chǔ),選取八位同學(xué)進(jìn)行小規(guī)模實(shí)驗(yàn),統(tǒng)計(jì)八位譯者的策略使用頻率,并以杜蘊(yùn)德同傳質(zhì)量量表為基礎(chǔ),量化譯者的準(zhǔn)確性、流暢性等因素,考察壓縮策略的使用對(duì)譯文質(zhì)量的影響。其后筆者對(duì)譯文的文字轉(zhuǎn)錄稿進(jìn)行定性和定量分析,探究壓縮策略五個(gè)層面的使用情況,嘗試總結(jié)一定規(guī)律,為提高同傳表現(xiàn)提供一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the significance of compression strategies in guiding impromptu English-Chinese simultaneous interpretation. Because of its "immediacy", simultaneous interpretation is concerned with the first communication of information. When faced with pressure of time, scene, knowledge reserve, the simultaneous interpreter will choose to "compress" the original text. Choose to convey the keynote message and main points of the speaker rather than translate all the messages word for word. At present, the academic circles pay less attention to the "compression" strategy in simultaneous interpretation, and many researches are still in the blank stage. Most of the existing studies focus on ellipsis techniques contained in the theory of "compression", but not on more general strategies of "compression". This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical research to make a little whitening for this field. Based on the compression strategy and the comprehensiveness of the translation, this paper selects eight students to carry out small-scale experiments, statistics the frequency of strategy use of the eight translators, and quantifies the accuracy of the translator on the basis of du Yunde's quality scale for simultaneous interpretation. The effect of compression strategies on the quality of translation was investigated by fluency and other factors. Then the author makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the transcripts of the translated text, probes into the use of the five levels of compression strategy, and tries to sum up certain rules in order to provide some guidance and reference for improving the performance of simultaneous interpretation.
