【摘要】：茶文化是我國文化的重要組成部分,我國的茶文化歷史悠久、博大精深。我國不僅是產(chǎn)茶之地,其中的茶文化也廣泛流傳于世界各地。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展趨勢,茶葉市場也呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的發(fā)展,茶葉市場也從國內(nèi)發(fā)展到國際市場。而隨著國際貿(mào)易交往的日趨頻繁,我國茶行業(yè)對人才提出了更高的要求,導(dǎo)致急缺茶學(xué)崗位人員,而且在職的茶學(xué)崗位人員缺少專業(yè)的茶學(xué)知識,沒有較高的茶藝技能,不能滿足茶葉市場的發(fā)展要求。在茶葉國際化的發(fā)展道路上,語言成為了經(jīng)濟交易的主要障礙,而現(xiàn)今,世界通行英語,在茶葉市場更急需英語水平較高、茶學(xué)專業(yè)較強的高素質(zhì)人才。因此,本文分析了茶學(xué)崗位對于英語畢業(yè)生的需求,并針對其中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is an important part of Chinese culture. Our country is not only the place where tea is produced, but also the tea culture is widely spread all over the world. With the development trend of economic globalization, tea market also presents diversified development, tea market has also developed from domestic to international market. With the increasingly frequent international trade exchanges, the tea industry in our country has put forward higher requirements for talents, resulting in an acute shortage of tea-learning posts, and the lack of professional tea knowledge and higher tea skills among the in-service tea workers. Can not meet the development requirements of the tea market. On the way of the development of tea internationalization, language has become the main obstacle of economic transaction. Nowadays, in the tea market, there is an urgent need for high-quality talents with high English level and strong tea specialty. Therefore, this paper analyzes the demand for English graduates in tea studies, and puts forward some suggestions for the problems.
