【摘要】:當今世界,隨著信息技術(shù)及經(jīng)濟全球化急速發(fā)展,國際通用語言-英語的重要性變得日益突出,隨之,英語培訓機構(gòu)猶如雨后春筍般的勢態(tài)迅速蓬勃發(fā)展起來。近年來國內(nèi)的英語培訓行業(yè)競爭越發(fā)激烈,所以對英語老師和培訓機構(gòu)的要求也變得更加嚴格。種種跡象表明:在這樣的行業(yè)大背景下,英語培訓機構(gòu)愈發(fā)需要有適用于機構(gòu)自身的更好更新的信息化教學管理系統(tǒng),只有全面地注重學習過程管理的每個環(huán)節(jié)、高度地重視學員的學習效果及培訓滿意度的機構(gòu)才能在如此激烈的市場競爭中有立足之地。本論文利用問卷調(diào)研和深度訪談的方法,對甘肅帕特里克英語教育學校(簡稱“PTLK英語教育學!)的學習過程管理從課堂前、課堂中和課堂后三個環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題進行了分析。并將學生、家長和教師三個角色在學習過程管理中不同的用戶需求,轉(zhuǎn)化成構(gòu)造信息系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)需求。從而試圖利用適合于本英語培訓學校的學習過程管理信息系統(tǒng),來提升和優(yōu)化甘肅帕特里克英語教育學校的學習過程管理,以便提高培訓機構(gòu)教學和服務(wù)的整體質(zhì)量,提升自身行業(yè)競爭力。充分利用現(xiàn)代化的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)并且順應教育信息化的行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,重視學習過程的管理,進行創(chuàng)新型語言培訓機構(gòu)模式的管理,是優(yōu)化、提升自身行業(yè)競爭力,提高機構(gòu)教學、服務(wù)質(zhì)量的有效策略。希望本文研究結(jié)果能夠幫助到語言培訓機構(gòu)持續(xù)改進自身的教學管理及服務(wù)水平,在為學員提供優(yōu)質(zhì)培訓服務(wù)的同時得到更多的社會認可,為中國英語教育培訓事業(yè)質(zhì)素的提升,盡到一點點微薄之力。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the rapid development of information technology and economic globalization, the importance of English, the international common language, has become increasingly prominent. In recent years, the competition of English training industry is becoming more and more fierce, so the requirements of English teachers and training institutions become more stringent. There are various indications that under such a background of the industry, English training institutions increasingly need to have a better updated information teaching management system applicable to the organization itself, and only pay attention to every link in the management of the learning process. Institutions that attach great importance to students' learning results and training satisfaction can have a foothold in such fierce market competition. By using the methods of questionnaire investigation and in-depth interview, this paper studies the learning process management of Patrick English Education School in Gansu Province (PTLK English Education School for short) from before the classroom. The existing problems in the classroom and in the later three links are analyzed. The three roles of students, parents and teachers in learning process management are transformed into the system requirements of constructing information system. In order to improve and optimize the learning process management of Patrick English Education School in Gansu Province, this paper attempts to improve the overall quality of teaching and service of the training institutions by using the learning process management information system suitable for this English training school. Improve the competitiveness of their own industries. To make full use of modern network information technology and conform to the development trend of educational information industry, pay attention to the management of learning process, and carry on the management of innovative language training institution mode is to optimize and enhance the competitiveness of one's own industry. Effective strategies to improve the teaching and service quality of institutions. I hope that the results of this study can help language training institutions to continuously improve their teaching management and service level, and obtain more social recognition while providing quality training services for students.
