【摘要】：目前我國商務(wù)英語人才培養(yǎng)通常采用一種"現(xiàn)供式"培養(yǎng)模式,即立足學(xué)�，F(xiàn)有的英語教學(xué)資源和商務(wù)英語教師的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)學(xué)生和企業(yè)提供粗放式的、適應(yīng)任何商務(wù)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)英語教學(xué)的"模糊教學(xué)"服務(wù),導(dǎo)致培養(yǎng)效果難以達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。"定制式"人才培養(yǎng)模式則是在分析商務(wù)人才市場需求變化的基礎(chǔ)上,在校企充分互動(dòng)溝通的前提下,以培養(yǎng)專業(yè)能力強(qiáng)的復(fù)合型、應(yīng)用型國際商務(wù)人才為目標(biāo),量身定制人才培養(yǎng)教學(xué)方案、建構(gòu)課程、編寫教材,對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)施"精準(zhǔn)教學(xué)"的一種人才培養(yǎng)理念、培養(yǎng)原則和教育實(shí)踐。由于"定制"培養(yǎng)模式具有教學(xué)能量聚焦和創(chuàng)新思維激智效應(yīng),因此更適應(yīng)地方理工一般性本科院校著眼于國際貿(mào)易的商務(wù)英語專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。
[Abstract]:At present, a "present supply" training mode is usually adopted in the cultivation of business English talents in China, which is based on the existing English teaching resources and the teaching experience of the business English teachers to provide the students and enterprises with extensive style, which can adapt to the "teaching" service of any professional English teaching in any business field, which leads to the difficulty of achieving the desired results. On the basis of the analysis of the changes in the market demand for business talents, the "custom-made" talent training model is based on the premise of the full interaction and communication between the school and enterprise. In order to cultivate the complex type of professional competence and the application type international business talents, it is necessary to tailor the qualified personnel to train the teaching case, construct the curriculum, compile the teaching material, and implement the "precision teaching" for the students. "A kind of talent training concept, training principle and educational practice. As the" customizing "training model has the effect of teaching energy focusing and creative thinking, it is more suitable for the local science and technology general colleges to focus on the practical requirements for the training of business English professionals in international trade.
