【摘要】：教師自主是培養(yǎng)學(xué)習(xí)者自主和創(chuàng)新人才的基礎(chǔ),也是教師發(fā)展的保證。本文結(jié)合國家創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),就教師自主研究在教師自主的內(nèi)涵和定義、教學(xué)自主測量和教師自主發(fā)展等方面的研究成果進行綜述并為今后研究提出建議。
[Abstract]:Teacher autonomy is the foundation of cultivating learner autonomy and innovative talents, and also the guarantee of teacher development. Combined with the national goal of cultivating innovative talents, this paper summarizes the research results of teacher autonomy in terms of the connotation and definition of teacher autonomy, teaching autonomy measurement and teacher autonomy development, and puts forward some suggestions for future research.
