【摘要】：隨著近年來(lái)中西文化交流的日益頻繁,越來(lái)越多的英文游記被引進(jìn)中國(guó),其中有關(guān)中國(guó)的游記自然引起國(guó)內(nèi)讀者濃厚的興趣。通過(guò)閱讀此類書籍,可以加深國(guó)人對(duì)于西方人眼中的中國(guó)文化的了解。在此背景下,廣西師范大學(xué)出版社引進(jìn)了一套《外文舊籍匯刊》,以促進(jìn)中西文化交流。本實(shí)踐報(bào)告的翻譯文本《來(lái)華一婦人》就取自此套文獻(xiàn),主要描述了作者1914-1916年在華的所見所聞。本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告以筆者漢譯《來(lái)華一婦人》第一章至第三章為基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)地闡述了本人是如何在金杽的等效論的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)該文本中的詞匯、句子,以及篇章進(jìn)行翻譯。金杽在其等效論中指出,翻譯中的“等效”意味著譯入語(yǔ)讀者與源語(yǔ)讀者得到幾乎一致的閱讀體驗(yàn)。以此目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,他指出了一名合格的譯者應(yīng)達(dá)到的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時(shí)指出翻譯時(shí)應(yīng)采用一些適當(dāng)?shù)姆g技巧,忠實(shí)于原文但不拘泥于原文。在該理論指導(dǎo)下,譯者首先閱讀了一些游記類的名家名篇,了解了中文中此類文體的語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格。其次,對(duì)原文的內(nèi)容和語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行了分析,由于原文邏輯清晰且易于中文讀者接受,譯者在翻譯時(shí)遵循了原文的語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格。而在之后的翻譯過(guò)程中,譯者使用了一系列翻譯技巧,比如增添主語(yǔ),關(guān)聯(lián)詞或是改變語(yǔ)序等,以期在不影響原意的基礎(chǔ)上,讓目標(biāo)讀者感受到與源語(yǔ)讀者一樣流暢的閱讀體驗(yàn)�？傮w來(lái)說(shuō),“等效”作為一個(gè)衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為譯者提供了一個(gè)方便有效的評(píng)價(jià)手段,而整個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程實(shí)則貫穿了整個(gè)翻譯實(shí)踐。然而,為了達(dá)到真正的“等效”,譯者仍需不斷提高自身的語(yǔ)言技能,增加知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備,朝著這一方向不斷邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the increasing cultural exchanges between China and the West in recent years, more and more English travel notes have been introduced into China. By reading such books, people can deepen their understanding of Chinese culture in the eyes of Westerners. In this context, Guangxi normal University Press introduced a set of Foreign language Collection Journal, in order to promote cultural exchanges between China and the West. The translated text of this report, A woman in China, is taken from this set of documents and describes the author's experiences in China from 1914 to 1916. This translation practice report is based on chapters 1 to 3 of the translation of "A woman in China", and expounds in detail how I translate the words, sentences, and texts of the text under the guidance of Jin's equivalence theory. In his theory of equivalence, Jin Yu points out that the "equivalence" in translation means that the target readers and the readers of the source language have almost the same reading experience. Guided by this goal, he points out the criteria to be met by a qualified translator, and points out that some appropriate translation techniques should be adopted in translation, faithful to the original text but not bound to the original text. Under the guidance of this theory, the translator first read some famous works of travel notes to understand the language style of this kind of style in Chinese. Secondly, the content and language of the original text are analyzed. Because the logic of the original text is clear and easy for Chinese readers to accept, the translator follows the original language style in translation. In the subsequent translation process, the translator used a series of translation techniques, such as adding subjects, associating words or changing word order, in order to avoid affecting the original meaning. Let the target readers feel the same fluent reading experience as the source readers. In general, "equivalence" as a measure provides a convenient and effective means of evaluation for translators, while the whole evaluation process runs through the whole translation practice. However, in order to achieve true equivalence, translators still need to constantly improve their language skills, increase their knowledge reserves and move in this direction.
